We have used Mr. V appliance repair on several occasions. Each visit has been very efficient, and expensive and they have fixed our problems with no BS.
I highly recommend Mr. V to anyone looking for a real appliance repair service. This place blows the doors off any of that other crap from Sears.

We have used Mr. V twice for appliance installations and have been completely satisfied with their pricing, availability, knowledge, and excellent service! They will definitely be our go-to for future service needs.

Takes after hours calls til 9 pm. $60 diagnosis fee which is waived if you get repair Got my prearrival call. Arrived within the window I was given. He was neat and organized. Knew what he was doing. I got an explanation of what he was going to do. Diagnosed and repaired. Cleaned up. Super polite and personable. Gave a very good impression. They have been added to my contacts for next time. Five stars !

Mr. Oleg was very prompt and very efficient. He visited to fix my washer and dryer. He advised me on the best and cost-effective way of fixing it. He was also friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by his service and, he, in turn, influenced my impressions of Mr. V Appliances.

Excellent service. Loved the flexibility of time to come to the house. David did a great job explaining the problem and was efficient with his time. Great customer service and definitely a company I would recommend.

I’ll start this off by giving the highest kudos to Mr. V’s and especially Dennis Godynuk. Our refrigerator is getting old and has started having some issues. A month ago it finally went out and we called Mr. V’s. It turned out to be a great move on my part as Dennis came out diagnosed the issue, installed the new part, and all was great. Just yesterday, the refrigerator went out again. Dennis came back out promptly, diagnosed the new issue (and it absolutely was a new issue), corrected the problem, and all is great again! I can’t say enough about how positive the experience has been, from the courtesy, promptness, professionalism, and fair price for repairs. Go with Mr. V’s and you won’t be disappointed.

Had an issue with our washer where the washer would not spin or advance cycles. A broken coupler was fixed for $220 but upon using the washer, the timer was still not advancing to spin. After calling Mr V's again, they want $80 to diagnose and fix the lid switch. If we had know we'd have to spend $300+ on a repair, we would have bought a new washer. Now we're stuck with a washer that still doesn't advance to spin and we're out $200.

We will note this experience in the NEXTDOOR website so others do not let Mr V's leave their house without knowing the total repair cost.

Your work order mentions 2 problems and says 2 problems were fixed. We did a couple loads over 2 weeks and still had an original problem...not a new problem. Please don't tell us the machine worked "excellent for 3 weeks". That's revisionist history. And, yes, we did land on the moon. ;)

Oleg was punctual, detailed, knowledgeable and experienced. I will definitely recommend for appliance repair.

Very fast response time for a refrigerator problem so did not have any food spoilage. Dimitry was very efficient and careful in the house and thoroughly explained the repair and answered questions. Would not hesitate to call them again.

From the young lady who answered the phone “Becky” to the on-site gentlemen this Company is phenomenal! The on-site gentlemen were professional, courteous and kept me in the loop with their findings. Wise choice on my part. Definitely use them again. Oleg was very polite and knowledgeable on product.

If you want the very best service ask for Oleg. He arrived early and went to work immediately by diagnosing what made my refrigerator make a clicking sound and stop working. Now my refrigerator works better than before! I will definitely ask for Oleg in the future for any of my appliance repair.
