I was desperate to have my microwave repaired quickly as I was putting my house on the market, I called Mr V and received same day service call by Boris Andreyev. Boris thourghly checked it out and I needed 3 parts which he would have to order and he said it would take a couple of days which was fine. He called me the next day and said the parts were in and he could be at my house in 20 minutes, needless to say I was thrilled! Boris was very courteous and extremely professional, I will definitely use them again and give referrals to my family and friends!

Dennis Godnyuk was my technician. He called me and arrived on time. He was very professional and completed the job. He cleaned up after himself and explained everything he had done.

Our control panel on our stove went out recently. We then had a grease fire in our oven ( crazy I know). We decided to repair the stove instead of replacing. We contacted a contractor who came out and stated that he would have the part in 3 business days. Well that turned into three weeks and poor communication. We canceled with that contractor and hired Mr.V. Badly came out and sure took care of us. Not only was the part in in three days, the installation was quick and he even took time to clean the over door. Wow!! World class customer service. Thank you from the Smiths

Called them to clean out our clogged dryer vent pipe. Their technician, Vasyl Khodk, came promptly on time, and did a great job on what turned out to be a very difficult task. The pipe is 16' or more in length, has 5 90 degree elbow bends (what was our builder thinking?) and had to be disassembled in two places all while balancing on attic joists (no floor) to get access to clean it. After cleaning, Vasyl made sure to reassemble and test the dryer connection, then made a point of cleaning up the debris, vacuuming the floor, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The job was done right, the price was more than fair, and the service was excellent.

I will be calling them yearly to come clean the pipe and can highly recommend them -- particularly the technician who came to our job.

Awesome experience. I set up an appointment on line and received a phone call shortly therafter confirming the time. Demetri arrived on time, protected my hardwood floor, pulled my dishwasher, diagnosed the problem (a piece of broken glass had gotten caught in the pump) and returned my dishwasher to working order. Demetri was professional and courteous and I appreciated the care he took protecting my floor and new cabinets. The price was very reasonable and I will be recommending Mr. V Appliance Repair to my friends and customers.
