Excellent customer service
I spoke to customer support as I was struggling to afford my box, the person listened to what I had to say and gave me a very generous discount. There is no pressure for me to continue if I am still struggling but does gives me breathing space to save for the next box. I love the boxes and all the inspiration and support from the Mrs Quilty team and the Facebook group. The fabric has a lovely feel and is wonderful to work with. I would say if you have been thinking about trying this quilting box a try, do it as in my opinion you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding Products and Customer Service!
First off, the products are really nice quality. Recently I missplaced the instructions to one of my subscription boxes. I emailed customer service. Not only did they respond in less than an hour, but they emailed me the instructions so I could get working on my project. Outstanding support/customer service!

Young, Happy Quilter’s
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Mrs Quilty boxes. I have learnt new skills and brushed up on using my sewing machine with the step by step instructions. My grandchildren have also been keen on learning to sew, making their own bookmarks. We look forward to each box every month. The children love picking out the beautiful material to complete their project. The online instructions have helped and are so clear and easy to follow. Whenever we needed some extra help customer service have been exceptional with answering our queries and always available to talk too.

I had enrolled in a subscription box and somehow got two subscriptions and I’m SURE it was my fault because I didn’t pay attention to which email address I used; I assumed it was the one I normally use. It wasn’t. But the team was absolutely amazing. They found my account (s) and sent my patterns and deleted the extra subscription I somehow managed to do. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you for your patience and help. ❤️

I had my second box arrived and it was covered in oil and smelt disgusting I contacted customer service and had an almost immediate response they have kindly agreed to replace the box at no cost to me. I'm so pleased as I love the quality and want to continue with them. Thank you Mrs Quilty team! X

The quilt box is excellent value.
The quilt box is excellent value with 12 fat quarters of cotton fabric, quality free gifts and a booklet with quilting instructions. Also there are a good number of cute toy patterns to download. A great box for beginners as all the fabrics blend and there are choices of different things to make with detailed instructions and video tutorials.
I accidentally deleted my email with the free patterns and when I contacted Mrs Quilty I had a prompt reply and was sent a new link to the patterns. I can’t fault the service. I have been sewing for over 60 years so I know quality. When I received my first box I was most impressed.

I'm 5 months in now and finally got…
I'm 5 months in now and finally got around to doing my 1st box. I must say, I love the booklet that comes with it. Full color, easy to read instructions plus QR codes for tutorial videos. My 1st block was a good learning experience. I did well but let's say I know what area I need to work on more LOL.
