Great product. Fast delivery. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

I am now initially suspicious about both clothing and 'interiors' firms whose names I have never heard of - but which SOUND so "uber-British" - appearing on my social media feeds. Often, when you dig, they turn out to be based in China with nightmare returns policies that you might just as well not bother with, even when your glossily-presented item turns out to be a load of rubbish.

So although I liked the look of many of the Mrs Alice products, I dug around to ascertain that they are very much based in UK - and that "Mrs Alice" is even a real person. So took a deep breath and ordered one product.

It arrived very swiftly, and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately there was a fault on it (which can happen with anyone, even Harrods!), so I requested a replacement and this arrived JUST as swiftly & is absolutely lovely. So excellent Customer Service, 10/10.

The item was not cheap, but it shows, and is money very well spent. I look forward to the pleasure of selecting further lovely pieces from this company over time.

I absolutely love my purchase from Mrs. Alice! It arrived exactly as pictured, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was shipped. The attention to detail with packaging was meticulous and luxurious. It was an all around beautiful experience and I will definitely purchase from them again.

Love the products, and they have great customer service. The rechargeable lamps and extensive selection of mini lampshades make my rooms so cozy!! The small lamps are great for sometimes using on bookshelves and in a corner of the kitchen.

The items were of very high quality. I ordered some Christmas products, nutcrackers, 2 red glass trees, these were amazing, a green pheasant table cloth, very nice fabric.
I would definitely order from Mrs Alice again.

Recently bought a Urn and Pedestal it arrived super fast but the Pedestal was sadly damaged, I emailed Customer Services and I had a replacement in less than 24 hours, absolutely brilliant , no nonsense Customer Service, delighted with the outcome and the new Pedestal and Urn look beautiful, will definitely be shopping again with Mrs Alice👌

The items (that I have actually received) are lovely and packed beautifully. Unfortunately my order was confirmed as shipped with all items and then delivery complete. We were using a parcel service and had quite a journey to pick up, only to find that the main table wasn’t included. Customer service said it was all sent together and there was a delay with the courier but I then received an email saying the table had just been sent to DPD that day. So I wasn’t given accurate (honest?) information. Anyway I still don’t have the table and have another drive and another fee to pay so not happy with the service at all. Hopefully the table is nice if it ever gets here!
Adding an update to this! After over a month of them saying it was delivered (no confirmation, no signature or anything) we drove to the parcel place to search for it. Turns out it was sent with no name or reference of any kind. Luckily the parcel place were lovey and let you open a few unclaimed packages to see what was ours. A few weeks later I l received another email from their customer support reiterating it’s delivered. No effort to see what happened and took no accountability, also the amount of time that elapsed between contact was ridiculous.

My parcel arrived later than expected, but pleased with my purchase. Customer Service was very good and replied very quickly when I emailed them, which was a great help, thank you

I am very impressed with the quality of these bears. Time has been taken to make sure the faces have lovely expressions, the bear's fur and overall design are of a very high standard, justifying the price. I originally wanted these for Christmas, but they are so attractive that they have found a more permanent home on a display shelf.
