I placed an order, which I ordered the incorrect item!! Jamie was brilliant and so understanding, sent me out the correct item the next day and accepted the wrong order back and refunded within 24 hours. Order was very well packaged and super quick delivery which was free on my order. A personalised postcard in your order from Bournemouth is a nice touch too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
