The process is quick and simple
The process is quick and simple, they are responsible lenders so all checks are done properly. A special shout out to Malachie who kept me informed when there was a slight issue on my part, but this was quickly fixed and everything was able to proceed as normal.
The service and the people are second to non, I would truly recommend Mr Lender, they are wonderful from start to finish.

Rubbish, don't use them
What a bunch of cowboys.... Asked for a short term loan of £500...then only got £200.. as because this was the first time I used them?
Advice,use a different lender and read the small print.
Now I owe £320 for a poxy £200..

Not good
I know it's a case of 'needs must' using this type of company, I mean, who would use this lot if you could get a loan off a company that dosn't charge you the amount they do...I digress.
Everything seems ok, despite the ridiculous interest rate they charge - but God forbid you miss a payment, texts, emails, threats etc...it's crazy. They've had thousands in interest from me over the years but I miss one small payment (having to delay it by 2 days actually) and it's like I've committed a henious crime. As if I don't pay enough interest already, they want to start adding additonal daily interest as well!
Not at all impressed but hey ho, they don't give a fig- despite what they claim about being caring and compassionate.
Update...So, since I missed the payment yesterday, I have had no less than TEN emails and FOUR texts banging on about the missed payment...this despite me emailing them regarding the situation.

The interest charged on the capital is compliant with the regulatory guidelines as set out by the Financial Conduct Authority and no customer will repay more than double the capital borrowed.
Correspondence are sent to our customer's on the contact information provided by the customer to ensure any detriment in terms of entering arrears are avoided, we aim to contact customers at the earliest possible time after non-payment to understand the reasons why the payment was not made and to assist further if necessary. All communication sent to our customers are in line with the guidelines set.
We would never intend to cause any of our customers distress, it is always our aim at Mr Lender to provide a professional and supporting service at all times.
