Great job and professional

My house had an electric short circuit, Mr.Fix service offered fast response and just next day located electrician immediately, and fixed the problem in 1 hour. Excellent service and response time in Netherlands.
Strongly recommended to all people lived in Netherlands.

We had 4 curtain raillings installed. The 'expert' did a poor job in that there are multiple holes in the wall that was done (example, there are two screw that hold a bracket, but 5 holes were drilled). Then for half of them, the 'expert' thought it wise not to use hammerfixes which was provided with the packaged bracktes (for concrete walls). The other half he decided to use his own screws which were twice as long and three sizes bigger than the original ones that come with the package. To top it all off, he was on a call for 20 min, and only worked 68 min which means he charged me for 2 hours. I was not home, because you trust the 'expert', my mistake. As a warning, be home and supervise everything done. Inspect it after each hole is drilled.

PS. You are better off to just do it yourself.

Job done well; however it could be done faster. Also, our plumber came two hours later than initially arranged.

They did a good job. Two pax team. Timing may not be exact. Rate is hourly so best if you can group a few tasks together for efficiency. Be mindful if you have to let plaster dry bc then they need to come a second time.

Terrible in quality, service, communication. The service ended up in 2 hours with unfinished work due to low level of experience of mr fix. Handyman left by saying the work takes time and we want to stop. - It was just one sofa assembly which may take max 2 hours in total to finish the work if they were experienced. But apparently not. And Mr fix didnt take any responsibility, even not returning my calls, emails, app chats etc. Its not fair to be treated like this.

Edit: Following this frustration, Mr.Fix assist professionally to solve the issue for both parties. Although the contractor was not successful, Mr.Fix tried their best to reverse the disappointment. It could be good for them to assess their contractors much more in detail prior to the customer service. And it seems they also acknowledge this fact by now.

Very excellent service .. they were available quickly and excellent job done .. curtain rods fixing, light fixing and coat stand fixing was done.. very happy to use their services.. highly recommend 👏

I recently used MrFix.NL to find a handyman to install my TV on the wall, and I am very happy with their service. From start to finish, everything went smoothly.

The handyman "Dm&Cobei Construct" they sent was fantastic. He was very flexible and supportive. He even went to buy a compatible wall mount arm for my TV, which saved me a lot of trouble.

The installation was perfect. The handyman was skilled and careful, making sure the TV was securely mounted and aligned. He worked quickly and was very professional and polite.

Overall, MrFix.NL did a great job connecting me with a reliable handyman. I highly recommend them for anyone needing handyman services. They really delivered excellent service.

I had a very good experience with MR. Fix. I needed a dishwasher installed, contacted them on Friday and on Monday the job was already done. Very fast and professional service.

They were 2.5 hours too late. I specifically asked online for a certain type of laminate. They didn’t know what to do with it when they arrived and damaged some plates. They left in less then an hour having done barely any work. They send me an invoice after, charging an hour and parking, while parking is free.
Terrible service.

And they said the laminate was the wrong kind, while it said on the packaging that it was right. Later on I put it in myself and showed them, but they still don’t admit they’re wrong and blame everything on me.

Only after I got angry, they started to be reasonable about crediting the invoice. Contact me and you’ll get the screenshots of the conversation.

Very professional service by Justin from Mr.Fix. I needed a heavy wardrobe assembled which I got from ikea. Justin didn’t rush and made sure the job was done to perfection checking with me at every point for position, etc. highly recommend. I made the booking at lunch time and Justin was there 4 hours later. It was very fast from booking to arrival.

Good service, friendly and the price was okay, too. Communication was a bit difficult with the craftsmen, but we managed to make each other understood ;-).
