Considering 87 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers found the course incredibly helpful and well-structured, providing a wide array of cases and real-life clinical signs that significantly boosted their confidence for exams. The staff and mentors were praised for their excellent teaching, knowledgeable guidance, and constructive feedback, making the learning process engaging and productive. Many appreciated the comprehensive coverage of various clinical scenarios, including rare cases, and the opportunity to practice examination techniques and communication skills. However, some people mentioned that the course felt rushed and intense due to the shortened timings for stations, which, while preparing them for the exam's pace, also left little room for breaks. A few reviewers also suggested including a mini mock exam or formal marked feedback, and some noted instances of off-hand facilitators or a chaotic feeling during the course.

Excellent course and prep for the…

Excellent course and prep for the clinical exam.
The most valuable part of the course is that you see a very large number of children with clinical signs, many of which I had never seen before. I feel far more confident in recognising clinical signs now that ive seen them in real life and not just described in a textbook.
I would suggest that if your expecting direct feedback and scoring on your clinical examination skills then this might not be the course for you. You are given guidance and told if you make large errors but it is not run as a 'mock exam' however I think the value in how you are taught to pass the exam and exposure to a wide range of pathology is far more valuable.

Highly recommended

Excellent course. We had exposure to new cases that were relevant to the current exam pattern. The mentors provided good explanations and feedback for us. Dr Gupta in particular had great neurology sessions that helped me grasp important concepts. It was quite rushed since we had 2 days to cover all the children who come in. I would recommend the course for anyone planning to sit their clinicals soon. Will update once I pass the exam.

Tumbridge course review

I attended the MRCPCH course and found it extremely beneficial and well organised. The teaching doctors were very knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. They shared practical tips that were truly valuable. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to include a mini mock at the end for everyone, along with feedback.
