It’s very hard to determine sizes bi SML instead of numerical sizes like 42 Lor44L it would be better to determine the right sizes

Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

The suit I received looked nothing like the product advertised on the website. The color was significantly different, the fabric looked and felt much cheaper, and the overall appearance did not match the listing photos. The product photos show a light, textured, premium-looking suit, while the item delivered was a completely different shade and quality.

When I contacted customer service, they dismissed the differences as lighting and offered an $8 refund on a suit I have no intention of wearing. They also expected me to pay international return shipping costs for an item that was materially different from what was advertised.

I understand there can be small differences between online photos and real products, but this was far beyond that. I purchased the suit specifically because of the color and appearance shown in the listing, and what arrived was not the same product I believed I was buying.

I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

The merchandise was extremely cheap. Not at all like what they show on the website. The worst were the lies they told on their return policy. They will not return your merchandise. Period. We emailed back and forth 14 times. Seems they do this to waste time so their policy becomes exempt. They will offer 15% which is nothing for the junk they sell. NEVER EVER order from them. I guarantee you will be 100% disappointed. F- in every single way.

Love the style of clothing. I just needed to order a size larger. I’ll be buying more clothing.

Be warned, the item quality is poor for the price tag. When you ask for a refund, they treat it as "you've changed your mind" and despite asking multiple times about kicking off that refund process, they try and fob you off with discounts on your next purchase as a goodwill gesture and saying you bear the costs of sending items back so you won't see much money back if you wanted a refund (not correct under consumer law where the item is faulty). Avoid if you can.

I was quite surprised at the packaging of the suit. The price was good for the quality of the suit. Definitely better than I thought it would be. The only thing I have to change the buttons.

In my opinion, only gullible people like myself fall for sites like this. Believe the bad reviews - they represent my experience. It is likely the others are fake or just lucky.

Steps:
Read everything carefully.
Assume it is deceptive or outright lies.
Don't plan on them living up to their return policy.
Do not order.

Prediction: They won't be around long, and then will pop back up under some other e-commerce site to rip off a new set of marks.

Nice shirts was impressed but then read some reviews about the quality of them, time will tell and when I get mine I will judge, but ordering and everything to do with ordering was fine.

My order of the burgundy velvet double breasted blazer exceeded my expectations because the quality was better than I expected after reading some of the bad reviews. It was exactly like the picture, and it even came with a garment bag. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because shipping took a long time, but worth the wait.

Was easy to order. The first couple of orders shipping was free but the last order I had to pay for shipping. Waiting on delivery so I can see what I got and how it fits.

Do not buy from this company. They are liars, liars. They want to charge me $50 for return because they ran out of production. They lie about fast shipment within 7 days. That's not true!!! Nothing they said was true. Complain to FTC

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with MrBuerly.

I ordered two suits based on the sizing recommendations provided on their website, but the fit translated very poorly to US sizing. Despite carefully following their size guidance, the suits fit inconsistently and were ultimately unwearable for me.

On top of that, the quality of the suits was not as described online. The materials, structure, and overall finish did not meet the expectations set by the product photos and descriptions. The suits looked far more premium online than they did in person.

The most frustrating part, however, was the return process.

I politely requested a return and refund multiple times, yet customer service continuously pushed me to keep the suits instead of honoring my request. I was repeatedly offered partial refunds and discounts while being reminded about international shipping costs and long return timelines, as if I should simply accept keeping products I was unhappy with.

Even after respectfully and clearly stating several times over the course of nearly 3 weeks that I still wanted to proceed with the return, my wishes were repeatedly ignored and redirected toward settlement offers instead of an actual resolution.

I remained patient and courteous throughout the entire process, but the experience became exhausting and unnecessarily difficult. A customer should not have to spend weeks repeating the same request just to initiate a return.

While the suits may appear attractive online, buyers should be aware that the quality may not match expectations and that the return process can become extremely frustrating if the items do not work out.

Easy to navigate site. Nice variety of clothing options. I’ve been very pleased with the quality of clothing I have previously purchased.

After my initial orders, it seems like me losing 25 pounds made the items fit much better.
