Sent my Gaggia Classic in to be repaired and serviced. Just got it back, works like a dream again. Zsolt was very helpful and patient throughout especially with getting the machine back to me. Kept me informed about the work and the options regarding replacement parts. Great service
Excellent website with parts diagrams
The website is excellent and had parts diagrams of my coffee machine which was a huge help with diagnosing the problem. It was then very easy to order the parts I needed and the prices were reasonable.
I ordered a replacement pump which arrived within a few days and my coffee machine is now working again.

Excellent service. Very quick delivery - arrived next day. Needed new draw for my coffee machine which came in 2 parts(front and back) and needed assembling. I asked if they could assemble the draw before it was dispatched, which they did. Only one negative, all messages and requests have to be made on email. There is no phone communication.

Expensive for small washer
Chatted online and asked for a part number for a Gaggia. Online assistant couldn't help and asked me for the part number !! Eventually ordered a rubber valve ring for £5.64 inc postage. Expensive for what it is.

Great store
Thanks to this store, I saved my coffee machine, so I need to give a good review. The graphs available for the machines are extremely helpful, and the delivery was speedy. It was delivered even quicker than expected. They have a lot of original stock, and also some replacements which is what I got. Great store and has great customer service.
Excellent email service
Having bought a few replacement parts for my coffee machine i had a few problems fitting them. I dropped and email describing the problem and within a few hours my machine was back up and running! Excellent service.

Zsolt was excellent. Clearly very knowledgable about coffee machines and seemed very willing to help me solve my issue. His communication was clear and he replied promptly to my questions.
The website is great as well. They had an interactive diagram of my machine which helped me identify the individual parts (they also have these parts for sale) and that helped massively.
Next time I need anything coffee machine-related, ‘Mr. Bean to cup’ will be my first stop!

My Coffee Hero
The grinder unit in my De Longhi coffee machine failed about a month ago.
After trying various online parts suppliers (who failed to find the part after 2 weeks) I found MrBean2Cup owned by Zsolt. What a breath of fresh air to be able to communicate quickly via WhatApp and identify/supply the part very quickly.
I used various online tutorials to take out the part and re install it. All seemed well EXCEPT that the grinder still failed to grind the beans. I explained the issues to Zsolt and although he doesn’t repair machines, he offered to take a look for me and resolved the issue in no time. We then had a prolonged ‘Mexican Standoff’, as I wanted to pay Zsolt for his time, but to no avail. He insisted that he was just happy to have a satisfied customer.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this experience has been that good. This company deserves every success.

Zsolt gave me a superb customer service experience. He was very quick in replying to my emails when I was asking about the possible cause of the issue with my coffee machine. Even though he could not be 100% sure of what the cause of the issue was because all his assessments were based on my videos he was spot on in getting it but as he could not check it personally he recommended a nearby Gaggia repair specialist who fixed it for me.
