Bought item for click and collect…

Bought item for click and collect online. When come to collect find out they don’t even sell that item. Waist 1,5 hour of my time , petrol, can’t finish job. Refund was funny to. Not happy at all.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused with your click and collect order. It’s extremely frustrating to arrive and find that the item isn’t even stocked at the branch—especially after spending your time and fuel travelling, and being unable to complete your job as planned.

This is clearly not acceptable and not the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the refund process are also concerning, and we apologise if this added further frustration.

We are reviewing how this happened to ensure better stock accuracy and clearer communication between our website and branches, so situations like this can be avoided in future.

After ordering and paying for items received an email only to say product was not in stock only to see the same item on your website for double the price very poor customer service

Placed an order on the Saturday which…

Placed an order on the Saturday which was meant to be dispatched monday according to the website.
Didnt hear anything till the Wednesday when I phoned up enquiring whats going on?
They told me it was meant to be delivered that day but due to a delay with a driver it wouldn't be delivered till the thursday.
The delivery came but missing the pipe bender item . Tried calling and calling no answer.
Following day (Friday) I managed to get through to which I was told they would enquire and give me a call back within the hour. NOTHING!
Called back to see what was happening i was then told they didn't have any in stock anywhere and its been discontinued they would send me a refund and a courtesy call back to let me know. STILL NOTHING
I have a load of pipe without the tool to install it.
I now have to wait for delivery elsewhere and fork out whilst waiting for my refund.
So all in all NOT GREAT!

Ordered 2 small items. On web site reduced to clear. Ordered and paid on 5th March.
On the 16th of March still no news.
Very poor customer service. Problem very quickly sorted once I had posted a negative review.

Nearly Three Weeks for a 2–3 Day Delivery

We recently ordered a slab on 27 February, with a quoted delivery time of 2–3 days. In reality, the item was not delivered until nearly three weeks later.

Prior to ordering, we contacted the company to ask about availability and were advised that only one item remained in stock, so it is unclear why there was such a significant delay in dispatch.

We had to send multiple follow-up emails and were unable to get through by phone, and communication throughout the process was limited. Updates were only received after chasing.

The delay impacted our ability to complete an ongoing customer job, which was frustrating given the high delivery charge of £86.

The item did eventually arrive, and we appreciate the final delivery, however clearer communication and more accurate delivery expectations would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.

I asked for an update on delivery for…

I asked for an update on delivery for an order placed on the 11th March and you told me it had been delvered 27th Feb. When I queried this and asked you to check, you doubled down on the 27th Feb. Very poor communication!!!
