3 weeks after placing order, no delivery, no response, nothing.

Order: 2341297

Placing order through Mpartz as the part was in stock according to the website. 1 week after placing the other, I receive mail that part is not in stock and needs to be ordered (7 to 9 days delay according to mail)
3 weeks later, no update, no follow up, impossible to reach merchant. Several mails, several phone calls, no response.

We kunnen ons de teleurstelling over de levertijd goed voorstellen. Er stond inderdaad foute informatie bij de levertijd en hierover is de klant de volgende werkdag geïnformeerd. De bestelling is conform de leverindicatie (7-9 werkdagen) verzonden. De mail die de klant aan ons heeft gestuurd is op geantwoord.
