I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Mozillion over the last few weeks.

I spoke to several customer service agents regarding my account and at no point was I clearly informed that my bill needed to be paid by card. Different agents gave inconsistent information, which caused unnecessary confusion, stress, and inconvenience.

Had the correct information been provided from the start, this issue could have been resolved quickly and avoided altogether. Instead, I spent a significant amount of time trying to get clear answers, only to receive conflicting advice from multiple representatives.

Customer service should be accurate, consistent, and helpful, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope Mozillion reviews its staff training and communication processes to prevent other customers going through the same situation.

I am now awaiting a proper response to my formal complaint and an explanation as to why I was not informed correctly in the first place.

Bought a 24-month SIM in Nov. 2024, and it said my plan would be expired on 1st June 2026

Excellent service and easy to contact regarding any questions.

Easy to switch ,both numbers ported when they where supposed to. Far better signal than o2 who i have been with for over 18 years.

Hassle free to buy and quick delivery.

Bought 24m plan for £149 yet showing it will expire this month only after 14months?

Phone was a little late with the carrier dhl but the service from Mozillion has been amazing . Couldn’t fault the ease of contract handover .

I noticed that Money Saving Expert were recommending your company for a brilliant deal on purchasing a new mobile phone. Investigating the offer further I was amazed at the bargain price I was paying when most other sellers had significantly higher prices. The ordering service was great and delivery was 2-4 working days - it was delivered by DHL in 2 working days. Very pleased with the purchase.

Got a new phone and a really good plan for £30 cheaper than the mainstream providers. Ported my old number across without any issues. The whole experience was completely seamless and have recommended to everyone.

Was decent on a rolling contract. Took a 2 year deal and now my phone is a useless brick. Stay on PAYG or avoid
