Great App for moving Accounts
My accounts were moved from Sage desktop to Xero. It was very easy to do and has captured everything correctly. Very Impressed.

Made all the items I had reconciled
Made all the items I had reconciled, unreconciled so hundreds of transactions! The invoices I had recently allocated payments to were shown as unpaid and the accounts totals vs Sage were completely different.

I've not been able to locate any correspondence with our Support Team in relation to your conversion.
It often happens that sometimes the reconciliation status cannot be converted and the same is true for allocations. This is usually dependent on the transaction types used in the source system or can happen because of restrictions in the destination.
We mention this in the "Transaction Types" and "Tidy Bank Reconciliation" pages of our limitations.
This doens't usually affect all reconciled status' or all allocations although it is possible depending on the source data and destination system.
Ordinarily, neither of these affect the trial balance figures so if there are differences that weren't picked up by our checks then we'll gladly investigate and attempt to rectify them.
Of course we can also investigate the reconciled status and allocations to check the conversion was performed as we'd have expected.

The transfer of data from Sage 50 to Xero was painless. We are currently only in a pre-transfer stage from Sage 50 to Xero so a better review will be once we are actually live and using Xero on a daily basis. At that point we can see how the data is sitting in Xero. So far so good.
