Emma was extremely helpful throughout the selling process of our London flat. She was clear about costs and issues that would be raised by potential buyers, giving us time to rectify things. This was a long selling process and we were glad that she could walk us through it. .
I had a fantastic experience with Mountgrange Heritage when selling my property in West London. Their team's professionalism and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From accurate property valuation to effective marketing, they exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to achieving the best result for me was evident throughout. I highly recommend Mountgrange Heritage to anyone looking for top-notch property services in West London.
I had such an amazing experience with Mountgrange Heritage. The team are committed and caring, they kept me informed every step of the way giving me regular updates - something I have always struggled to get with previous estate agents.
I rented through them in London. It took 4 months for them to fix the heating (and it was winter) and the bathroom fans (resulting in mold). Eventually the maintenance improved, but since I moved out, they have tried to charge me half the cost of repainting the entire 3-story home for normal wear and tear, falsely claiming everything had been freshly painted when I moved in, though it was not (and the inventory report clearly proves it was not). They quoted me a ridiculously high cost and said they wouldn't accept any other reputable contractors' estimates. We have taken the dispute to mediation. #MountGrangeNeverAgain.

A letting agent with a dark soul
My experience is very similar to the one shared by Harriet. I had to deal with a letting agency which was quite dismissive if not rude.
Mountgrange Heritage was not afraid to
* Call an oven temperamental when it was not working for 12 months . I needed to appoint an inspector for them to finally acknowledge the issue
* Qualify standard to have mice in a London flat with 1000 Pounds a week rent
* Hardly apology for any problem happening in the flat ( there was a decent number)
* Increase the rent by 20 % after Covid crisis when the landlord initially suggested an increase of 2 %
* Mock my French accent
The no manner style seems to come originally from the Top Management full of what I could feel as False-Self. So don't be masochistic as I may have been. Run away there are so many nice and efficient letting agencies in London
I rented from Mountgrange Heritage in Holland Park form May 2020 through to August 2021 - clearly one of the most uncertain times for residential property management in recent history!
In spite of a difficult and challenging environment, I found the staff at Mountgrange nothing but helpful and supportive. Issues were swiftly resolved, and the checkout process was the smoothest experience I have ever had with a rental agency! In particular, Charlotte Heaton was extremely professional to work with, and I would wholeheartedly recommend their services.
Do not rent flats through this agency.
I rented a flat at 39B Pembridge Villas, London, W11 3EP.
I had to move out of the property due to the vibrations from the transport passing by at night. I noticed the shaking during my first night there and emailed the agency straight away. Unfortunately, I paid 6 months in advance (as I am self-employed and it seemed easier that way).
The agency (Mountgrange heritage Notting Hill) and the landlord (Carlotta De Luca) were very uncompromising. I was surprised at how little sympathy they had. I have emailed them asking to call an engineer to look for a solution, but their response was - you paid and nothing could be done. My GP sent them a letter saying that the vibrations were causing headaches, but still no response. I installed the app that was measuring the vibrations and sent the results to the agency, but unfortunately, they ignored it. The engineer's fee to check the problem was over a thousand pounds which I was happy to pay but they needed to lift the carpets and the agency/landlord didn\'t allow it.
They arranged a few viewings (after 4 months of weekly correspondence with them) and kept saying that they are being very generous to me. However, nothing ever came out of those viewings. Only after 6 months when I left, they waited for a month (so that they could use my deposit) and then found new tenants.
The agency is called - Mountgrange heritage Notting Hill.
Just rented a house through them and have had a great experience. Very happy with Andrew in the remarks team, and also follow up from Linus. Great stuff.
The aggressive tactics of this estate agent are altogether unprofessional and could have jeopardised my transaction. This agent failed to pass on the information between the relevant parties and did not contribute to the success of the transaction. Given the fees charged, I would have expected a much more professional service.
