Waste of money. Then before the 60 "money back guarantee" they do not reply, respond nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DOES NOT WORK

Simply DOES NOTHING. Can't return, too late. Absolutely DOES NOT WORK. I used it EXACTLY as suggested, even ate less by sheer willpower. And GAINED WEIGHT! Have used Ozempic which works very well, but I was sick as a dog and throwing up constantly. I only need to lose 20 lbs. I switched and tried this? Did absolutely nothing. Please do not buy! This is a scam!! a?A waste of money. And trying to contact the company is impossible. They don't reply. There's no phone number! It's a scam that came from China. I saw the tag from China under the one from the US. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I never lost one pound. I am very disappointed with this product. Customer service needs alot more training. All they want to do is make it out to be your fault the product does not work. This world is NOT a one size fits all. $300 down the drain!!!

If I could I would give this company a Zero Star rating!! This product does not work!!! I ordered this on November 29, 2024 and received it on December 20th 2024 so the 60 days should in February 2025 and when emailed in January for a refund told me to give it 60 days so I I waited till February and then was told it was past the 60 days as they went from the order date. How can you you give the product 60 days when you don't receive it until December 20, 2024. I called and was very upset and finally they agreed to give me half the money back and keep the unused bottles. I wanted the whole refund but took the half just be done with them.. Terribly customer service and refund policy.

I used it as directed - and I’m losing weight. That’s all I wanted - and I got it. I suspect it may be due - at least in part -to the psychological effect “- doing something different to solve a problem might actually be the thing that works”. Of course I ate less - Of course I exercised a bit more - but no one with a functioning brain would expect weight loss to occur without doing those things. I really couldn’t be happier right now ….. unless Mounja Burn would like to send me some extra to help keep this ball rolling! So Thank You MounjaBurn !

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOESN'T WORK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES TO YOU. I called about my dissatisfaction and wanted my money back. They said they would refund my money so I mailed the product back. tracked it to their warehouse like they told me to do THEN informed me they wouldn't return my money. I am beyond angry. Do not buy anything from this company. I believe in karma. You can't treat people like this without consequences.

If there was a -10, that would be my rating. Do not order this product! It did nothing for me, tastes awful, needs to be taken 3 hrs before your first meal, and the company does not provide any information or receipt in its packaging. When you finally come to the realization it's not working and need to return the product, they charge a 2.5% restocking fee that was NOT LISTED on their website at the time of my purchase on Dec. 31, 2024 (luckily I snapped pictures of their website while processing my order and it did not mention anything about a restocking fee). It is ILLEGAL to charge fees that are NOT listed at time of purchase. That information should be made clear on their website or on a receipt, which was never provided. "Sellers must clearly and conspicuously disclose their return policy, including any restocking fees, before the customer makes a purchase." They advertised 100% money back guarantee and NEVER mentioned a restocking fee. How many others out there were charged this illegal fee? I am filing many complaints against this business. BTW, anyone who may still want to purchase this product, you can buy it on Amazon for about 1/3 the cost, but don't waste your money!

Thank God for trust pilot as I nearly bought this product I was on click away but decided to shrink the page and check. Yet another scam video that nearly got my money as I do struggle with my weight. Sickos trying to make money out of people's illnesses

I ordered 6 bottles a few days after I started itching all over profusely and feeling nauseous as well I started taking piriton to help relieve the itch with no success I want to return the order and ask for refund but I am stuck I sent an email 2 weeks ago no response there is no other contact !!!!!!’please help how do I return this product and get a refund 07719377337 Janet

This is a total scam! I listened to that very persuasive video, and none of those four ingredients that they highly showcase on the video are in the bottle itself! No pink salt, quercetin, berberine, or mountain route, which is Panax ginseng… So I demanded my money back, and they complied!

This company and its product is definitely a scam. There is no 100% guarantee. First they barely speak English, they read off a script and will not stop long enough to ask questions. Then they would only give 95% plus deducted the price of the opened bottle. Before I could protest the amount of the refund, he said he already submitted the refund I've been swindled and now I will report them to the BBB! The entire experience was awful. Don't waste your money.
Oh and the first time I called the guy hung up on me because we couldn't understand each other. He was so rude too. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 3 bottles for $177 and at the time,my notes say 90 day guarantee. I ordered 2-5. I called 4-11 and the 866-637-2482 number referred me to 866-202-5664. Someone did pick up but told me it was only 60 days. Great -- I hadn't received the product until 2-12. Oh noooo -- the 60 days started the day you purchased it. WHAT?? While reading these reviews, I got a call from the company asking if I was having a problem. I said no, I just decided to read the reviews first and none is good so I am not buying - lol. I thank you all for saving me the would-be-loss of $177+. I was going to buy 3 bottles...

Now, I get to thinking. They say to mix Pink Salt with three other ingredients that you have at home, so I am going to mix Pink Salt with some fruits or water or juice and see what happens - lol. Now, that is a free recipe for all...

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. It is just another scam along with banana drops, gluocofreedom, patches etc. Do not waste your money. I've been trying to find a contact to return the unused bottles but it has been difficult. Those people in the ads should be ashamed of themselves.

I got scammed again!!! And on top of it, I can’t get anyone at this damn company to answer my repeated requests for return instructions! I saved a copy of their “money back guarantee” but a lot of good that does me if they refuse to answer me! 😡 I’m furious at myself AND them!!!!!!!!
