There’s no way to enter zero stars so they are gifted with one. The worst part of this scam is sitting through the ridiculous 30 minute video. I knew this was a gamble but decided to roll the dice, wait for end of video to get the ordering info and finally got my 3 bottle of sugar water.

I bought 6 bottles didn’t work so they got with them, they refunded me $46 and told me to try again to see if it worked. I emailed them told them I didn’t lose any weight. Told me the 60 refund had pass even though I had reached out to them before the 60 days. It’s nothing but a scam and horrible customer service. A guy called me and told me to keep my empty bottles and I could return if it wasn’t working for me, what a lie! So disappointed in the product!

Like so many I was scammed. Bought 3 bottles, received wrong product. and never lost an ounce, I sent 3 emails. NEVER got a reply, I went on chat and was told to put my credit card in for a $5.00 charge to be transferred to a human, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, Is a scam , when it sounds to go I guess it is,, Up to today Have not been able to get company to refund or even answered my request for fund,

Like others, I fell for their scam via a video that sounded like the answer to a prayer. I should have researched, but I did not. I cannot believe that I fell for the lies. The 100% money-back guarantee is another lie. When I wrote to tell them the product did nothing for me, they encouraged me to keep taking it (I had already taken it for one month) because it just takes some people longer to experience weight loss. After two months, still nothing. The company said they'd refund 20% and I could keep the product. I said no, and they offered 50% with no product return required. They don't even want their worthless product back! Finally, they said they could offer 70% and no more, so I took it. So the six bottles of nothing cost me around $100 of my hard-earned money. Lesson learned. No more weight loss miracles for me!

This product simply does not work . I experienced no weight loss at all . When I tried to complain to the company, suddenly I could reach no one. I initially got a text from someone saying they would work with me on taking these drops, but never heard back. No surprise. How can anyone help you at all when a product is a scam? Nothing about this product works. It is a total and complete lie. Please, please do not buy this product. Please do not waste your money. And when you go to return the product? You have to pay for all of the shipping. Scam. 100%. Fake product and a scam. Shame on these people!

I ordered 6 bottles of the product with excited anticipation to loose weight as it claims, spending $300+ !!! Two of the 6 bottles were broken and the ingredients spilled all in the box I received the 6 bottles in! Being as trustworthy as I am, I tried to email the company with the email they provide to see what steps are needed for me to get my full $300+ dollars worth but as I feared, the email came back as mail demon (not a legit email)!!! So now I have only 4 bottles that I paid $300+ dollars for and no way of contacting the company! I will do all I can to get the word out there that from what I experienced, this company is a fraud! I kick myself in the butt for not reading the reviews before spending the money I did for close to half the product I was promised! Please please please take heed and don't become a victim like I did!

I ordered this product over phone .tried calling numerous numbers cause I got too many bottles. Got 15 bottles and only wanted 3. Called and called.couldnt reach anyone,Sent product back through post office. Got a tracking number. Finally got someone on line who confined it was received. Asked me for reference number which I gave them. Contacted Am Ex, it was disputed. Total was &746.29. Got a call from one of their people asking me for a review. Said it was $6,000 for a personal trainer, when I said that was to expensive they said it would only cost $1,500. Wound up sending all 15 bottles back. Now I’m being rebilled me said I never returned them. I’m so disgusted with this company, Total scam. Going to report them.

FRAUD Followed directions Did what I was told to do for 1 week. it was burning my throat. I was told they had money back guarantee. Complete run around. they said they they had no record of my purchase. I gave them all the information and a picture of the purchase that was on my charge card. I'm very disappointed Their not a company, they are liars and thieves.

watched the video, I then read reviews. Thanks to them they saved me a lot of money and grief. Sorry for their experience and glad for mine. Richard

Made me sick, if I could rate this company a zero I would. I received this product on March 15 on March 23 I started reaching out to this company for a full refund, they consistently said they could not find my order which I have provided.then I was told a supervisor would call me back within 48 hours which never occurred that had went on for approximately two months.when I found the customer support email. I consistently emailed them regarding my refund. They offered from 15% back to 70% refund back when I finally confirm that I will accept the 70% refund. They asked me to send that email to them that they had actually offered me the 70% so I did so. they waited until the 60th day to tell me they can only offer me a 50% because it’s now past the 60 day return policy. You have to understand that I have been communicating with this company since March 2025 up until May 14 of 2025 and they waited until my 60th day to offer me a 50% refund and they noted this is our final offer. In my opinion, this is a very very unethical company and I agree with a reviewer who suggested a class action suit. Someone needs to investigate this company.

I was scammed out of $300 from Dr. Emily Martinez saying she was sending this product. I never received the product but they did take my money.

This is crap. Spent over $300. Did not begin to work. I was stupidly, did not research the reviews!!!!

To begin, my wife used the stuff as directed for one month (we purchased three months worth). I requested a refund according to their refund policy. They deny that the order number was not their number. They deny having received any money from me. Just another scam. Don't get caught in it like we did.

I wish I didn't have to hit one star because this product is absolute lies. I did not lose any weight, I even changed my diet eating super healthy, I ended up spending a $177 for 3 bottles what a rip-off. They do claim if it doesn't work that they will pay for the real drug.... I don't.

I ordered a year's supply late at night, after watching online commercial, then changed my mind early the next morning. Was told too late to cancel order, ship product back once received for full refund - as advertised - and then call them with tracking number. Called back, was told wait until product received. Called back, gave tracking number, was told wait a while longer. Did that again, was hung up on. Then called my credit card. CC said they had to wait 10 days. This is functioning like a scam but I'm sure the CC will credit my card. But for now I'm out the return shipping and about $584.00. Buyer beware.

Do not order. It does not work. They tricked me into ordering 4 bottles and now stock with all bottles. $200 down the drain.

I just started trying to get my refund back as I lasted 60 days. No weight loss but did gain 4pounds!
Don’t sucker into these videos, they have you after 5minutes.

I asked for a refund with a return, they wanted me to keep and offered 15% refund. Asked again to return and just refund me the cost of the 15 bottles, they offered another 15%. I don't want that! I want to return the 15 bottles and be refunded for the 15 bottles. I am so disappointed but I think it is nothing but a sweet tasting juice. It is a questionable product in my opinion.

My doctor doesn’t want me using this. I should have asked first but you get sucked in! This whole operation seems to be one big scam! Any time you try to contact this “company” the site comes back as forbidden!.
When I tried getting help, I was directed to a website called JustAnswer! In order to start that process I was required to sign up for a free trial, had to give a credit card number pay $5.00, and was told I would receive a 500. Credit but my credit card was charged $5 and $40 for the next months service!
I feel I’m caught up in the “Twilight Zone!
I didn’t receive any paperwork in my order other than a card with a code to scan! Then you go down another rabbit hole filled with dead ends.
All I want to do is to return for a full refund!!
