Order never received despite saying 'delivered'. Reached out for help and not received any. Waste of money.

My wife saw an advert for this company on Facebook. Bought one of the micro RC drift cars for £30. Was slow to be dispatched so chased it after a week and got a postage confirmation. 2 weeks later I got a notification that it had been delivered to a different address. I live in Wxeter UK to paackage wax delivered to Newcastle UK. I emailed the company and got a helpful reply for Alex saying he would look into i but no further communication after that. I sent 4 or 5 emails over the following 2 weeks but no reply. No phone number to call them on either. When I started looking into the company I found these negative reviews on trustpilot suggesting this company is a scam. So be warned. Hoping to be able to get my money back through my credit card company.

Scam, same as all the others says delivered but to an address miles away from me..do not buy from here !!!!

Never recieved my order. Tried tracking through website with order number LP00694026093807, to be advised “Cannot find order”
Reached out via email on website, using support link, and received no response. Sent a second email 7 days later and am still waiting for a reply.
Do not use this company they are scammers! And you will lose your money

Same as others, ordered to Sweden but in order tracking it says it was delivered to Swindon UK to some other address! Scam.

No response… our package is delivered in London UK, but we live in Denmark!!!!

Stay away. We somehow got one order delivered but our 2nd went to a different state (apparently). Customer support sent me the same response to my two inquiries! They scammed a little boy during the Holidays. Shame on these people

I ordered 4 cars from them and after 2 weeks they didn’t send it, so I ask for my products. Next day they updated information and after another day it show me my parcel is delivered on different address instead of my one which was below…
No response after that.

Sadly, it's a scam. £60 thrown away. A tracking ID to the wrong part of the UK and no help from their 'support'. Steer well clear.

It's a scam. Fake tracking number was given so my item was delivered to IL. No reply from the company so now need to begin dispute with cc company. Sad that there are so many ready to take advantage during the holidays.

You receive either nothing or plastic junk. Do not trust.

Dirty dirty DIRTY scammers. They know exactly what they are doing. Scamming young buyers, absolutely vile. Waited to receive my £30 package for nearly 2 weeks. Nothing. I look on the website and it says “delivered 2nd December” yet i have received no package. I email the company and get an immediate response back with a ‘ticket number’. Suspicious that it was an immediate response, I emailed again regarding something completely unrelated to receiving my package and the exact same email that I was sent previously was sent to me almost immediately. This is a scam website, do not buy from here. No company delivers from China for free. Shut down this disgusting website.

Ordered a mini drift car- heard nothing for ten days, when I chased it I was given a DHL tracking number that after speaking with them relates to an address in another country. Motorwolt not responding to emails so now I have to get a refund through my bank. Total rat bags.

So for a Christmas present for my nephew, only to say it has been delivered, it's not. Contacted DHL, they've given a fake tracking number and an incorrect address attached to scam people. Do not buy from here.

The product received is not what was order.
I order 2 mini rc drift cars and received 2 cheap plastic cars worth nothing.

Scam, sadly. I have the same journey as many others. I was skeptical so emailed farily soon to ask where my order was - I was given a shonky tracking link that sent my "package" from East Midlands... to Bahrain...to Germany....to East Midlands and then to Cambridge (I live close to East midlands so this was the final nail in any hope I had that it was going to arrive)
Allegedly delivered yesterday (2nd Dec) when it wasnt. I have a ring doorbell and 4 Arlo cameras and nothing was recorded...

Absolute bunch of scammers, totally avoid, paid almost £40 for a radio controlled drift car and received a 50p go-cart which obviously isn’t radio controlled! Got intouch and even tried to supply me with tracking which hasn’t moved since purchased AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Fraudulent, complete scam, don’t be fooled.
