This is a scam, they do not deliver and never react if you want your money back! Please stay away!

Ordered mini RC car, no shipment, no response to email written to their 'customer service' - generally STAY AWAY from this company as they will SCAM YOU.

They pretend to deliver to an address no where near mine and then said they would look into it and get back to me and never did, complete scam.

This company is a joke. As people said in other reviews, they “send” the package through DHL and it never gets to you. Although multiple e-mails were sent to this supposed company, they only reply “We are checking” like the delusional Ferrari team. You will never hear from them again. Totally scammers from my point of view. Don’t buy from them.

They "send" the item but it never arrives. They will claim it was delivered with a tracking code although it will never actually get delivered to your address. They will then claim to be looking into it. Then ghost you. Do not buy from this company!

scam. just got cheap plastic car. now they’re selling something totally different but still same site and look. fortunately I could charge back.

Appears this company cannot get their addressing correct. I neede it delivered in Sweden, but it ended up in Ipswich, UK. 5hey said they were going to look into it, but never did. My credit card company gave me my money back, but Motorwolt is still challenging the credit.

I ordered a drift car in November, it said it had been delivered to Birmingham, not Northampton. I have received a response advising they are looking into it, but I've chased four times since then to no avail - steer clear, although i will update this if they do contact me back.

I am experiencing the same issue as others. I ordered three remote control cars, but the tracking information indicates they were delivered to Docklands, which is not my address. I have reached out to customer service multiple times for assistance, but I have been ignored. I strongly advise against ordering from this company!

I wish i could give a lower rating. This company suck I have been in contact with them but everytime they give the same answer. Do not buy from here they are scammers. I have the same problem like everybody else.

Terrible, same story as everyone else. Ordered a mini RC car at the end of November for Christmas. Tracking stated package was delivered, but the map associated with it showed delivery in Colorado and it was supposed to be to Pennsylvania. Requested assistance from company more that 6 times with the issue with no resolution. And of course there is no way to communicate with a live person at Motorwolt about the problem. Lost $50 to this company that I will never get back. Avoid them.

Scam company was supposed to get Kawasaki Ninja that you could start up rev and some smoke would be admitted by the exhaust this was not the case I just got a model.

Alex M the Customer Support Agent, assured me that I would be getting my other motorcycle that I originally paid for delivered as they even admitted that it was a packing error then when trying to chase it up again he then messaged me via email and said so for the convenience please choose a car I replied I'll let you pick the car I just really want the motorcycle.

Unfortunately I haven't received anything from them and I am now taking legal proceedings against this company the solicitors I'm using Ashore me it can take some time but they will get to the bottom of it the company need to rectify their fault and send out what they're supposed to send out as long as they do that I will stop legal proceedings.

If this goes through I will be naming and shaming the people of the company and putting all evidence down for people to view online.

MOTOR WOLT, if you're reading this because I want it's sent to you I suggest you send the item that I legally paid for you advertised a specific motorcycle make model and functions that it does you have not lived up to your promise of delivering me what I've paid for please send it out or face the legal consequences.?
You have my email address please get in contact as soon as possible to stop further action.

Similar to many others, ordered in November , was told they were delivered at the beginning of December. This was to an address in Scotland and I am in the south of England. Contacted the company who said they would look into it, and now weeks later, still nothing. Avoid this company.

Scammers! Thanks for ruining Christmas. Order two cars and when I realized they’d not been delivered and went back to track it and it says they were delivered in Boston (I’m in Canada). I reached out to them two weeks ago and not one word back. Buyer beware!! Scammers 100%

I have also been let down by this company. I ordered two drift cars on 17 November. The items were marked as ‘delivered’ on 2 December, however not to my address. When I viewed the tracking history it turns out they have been delivered to an entirely different location in the UK (delivery shows as an Exeter location and my delivery address is in Chester). My details do not correspond with the tracking number so I’m unable to view proof of delivery. I raised a ticket to Motorwolt on 7 December and received an apology and was told they would investigate, but it is 10 days later and I haven’t received any follow up information about my options for a refund despite me sending chasing emails most days. Very disappointing.

Do not waste your time and money. Ordered a 4-pack of RC drift cars over a month before Xmas. Two weeks later, I received notification that they were delivered, but received nothing. Shipping tracking shows delivery to wrong state, possibly wrong Cory try depending on what tracking I search. Motorwolt responded to my support request but unable/unwilling to resolve. Asking for refund at this point 6 weeks later.

Scam. Don’t buy. They ship it and “deliver” it to another state and won’t return emails AND there is No phone number to call. Disgusting.

Purchased two cars for $75. Received two completely junk cheap plastic cars that couldn’t be worth more than $0.50 each. Never received a refund. Emails go unanswered by customer service. They took advantage of parents during the holidays.
