Good experience with motorway but dealership wasn’t the best experience and they took advantage of the situation

From start to finish, we were extremely happy with the whole process.
It was easy to upload photos with guidance from one of the Motorway team who stayed with us until we had completed all the photos and information about the car. The car went in the next sale on Sunday, was sold on the Monday for the Motorway guide price and was paid for and collected on Wednesday.
We have never sold a car on line before but wouldn't hesitate to use Motorway again.

Very easy to use but when contacting the online chat, some delay in getting car listed so therefore missed out on the end of month sales. Staff were indifferent to my concerns.

We received a very efficient level of service from start to finish. We were offered a reasonable price for our vehicle. We were able to negotiate the various steps through the online process comfortably although I have to say that for people with little or no computer experience it may not have been possible to complete and at the end of the process our driver, Jag, was absolutely first class. He was one hundred percent efficient, he completed the process without any fuss and helped us to complete our part and he is a really nice bloke. Overall a very good experience.

Easy enough experience and a quick way to sell your vehicle.

General good quick and efficient, my only down point is on initial valuation being high to reel me into the process before the car condition evaluation prior to the auction then again a further drop well below the the start valuation. It would be better to receive a more realistic valuation at the evaluation stage and miss out the high first figure. As for the post auction this was handled well and process and collection no issues, with very prompt payment received within 30 minutes of sale completion.

Fast and easy

Everything was simple and easy to understand plus a great team kept me informed at every point in the process of selling my car.

The process was smooth and the dealer that bought it and arranged pick up was fantastic. Just make sure you take pictures of all marks scratches dinks etc so the dealer has no reason to reduce the price. It was a few grand less than the original enticement valuation but it was more than I would have got for a part exchange so can’t grumble!

The whole exercise was straightforward (if a little long winded) and it worked very well for us. The buyer collected the car quickly with little fuss.
