Customer service is not what it was.
I have used Motorway several times in the past for selling my car & always found them to be very good.
So - I naturally tried to use them again when I wanted to sell my car this time.
Now I find that the personal service seems to have gone.
it seems impossible to speak to an actual person, but just get an AI chatbot that frustratingly cannot answer the question being asked.
So -_ I went elsewhere

The whole process was easy from start to finish, i guess the final price of your sale is going to be a bartering process but this is to be expected with second hand car dealers.
I was satisfied with the outcome payment was hassle free.

The app is rubbish
The app is rubbish, doesn’t update, had to call loads of times which defeats the object of the app, made changes, didn’t reflect on the account.
Company who buys car is very unlikely to give you the bid price either, on inspection, surprise surprise always lots more wrong when they stick in the diagnostic. Usual underhand stuff when you’re not in the trade yourself.
