It’s so easy to use Motorway, they provide step by step instructions. Communication is very good. The fee they charge is very reasonable for the service provided. Payment from the dealer was very quick after my car had been inspected and it was collected from my home

This was my first time using Motorway and, having just had a dreadful experience with another similar company, I was a little hesitant. I couldn't have been more wrong. From start to finish you are guided through the whole process which was a little tme consuming but in the end we'll worth it. Unlike the other company if you had an issue you could call Motorway and get the relevant help. All through the process you were kept up to date and in the end I got a very fair price for my car and payment was made immediately from the garage who purchased my car. Finally I must also praise the purchasing garage as they were excellent to deal with.
I would recommend anyone to use Motorway

From start to finish the process was very straightforward forward! All processes were simple including downloading info and the templates for photos.

I inputted an issue with exhaust back box , when I went into mu account it wasn't there. This caused issues with buyer . I was aware you had to declare everything wro g with car which I did but info about noise from exhaust wasn't there. It was a very long process trying to sell and stressful.

Please be careful using this company, they give a valuation of my daughters car of £7800.00 when she loaded all the information it was reduced to £7455.00 why not sure.. she went ahead with the auction it finished at £6555.00 after a bit of negotiation it raised to £6800.00 she reluctantly accepted as her insurance was running out within 4 days of the sale..the buyer contacted her to say the car would be collected 7 days after the sale. She asked if it could be arranged for an earlier collection, she’s never heard from them since. Only for motorway to say the sale was cancelled. The service has been terrible from start to finish. For clarity she sold the car to a local garage for £7850.00 a blessing in disguise. KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS.
