Failed delivery. No contact.
Paid a deposit on the 16th March for a car to be transport from Swansea to Sheffield with a delivery £149 transport fee for collection on the 25th March. Get a call saying the wad unable to deliver as they didn't charge the car so was unable to put it on the transporter. Then get no other communication called back to chase up get told they would chase up and call back in 15 minutes. Nothing I call them back again to chase them up. And no further information. No deliver date or when I will get the car delivered.

When i was looking around the car park at certain cars for sale the salesman approached me to ask what car i was interested in as the cars are all over the site he then said i will leave you have a look any help you want let me know .There was no pressure i had plenty of time to look around .When i was ready i saw the salesman and he explained all the options i had to wanted to buy the car.
