I was initially helped by Joe, who explained my finance options clearly and was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After taking some time to think everything over, I decided to purchase the car, and Cam made the whole process quick and straightforward. Finally, Elenor provided a great handover, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was happy before I drove away. She even drove the car into the carpark for me after the hand over right next to the walkway so I didn’t have to search for it in the carpark! Overall, Excellent service from start to finish—I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Motorpoint and I would definitely purchase from Burnley’s site again

Pleasant experience
A very pleasant experience to get a ( nearly) new car. No hassle, allowed to look around the site without being followed by a salesman. Given keys to check out any cars we were interested in, then allowed a test drive of our favoured car. Got a reasonable trade-in on our current car, and Matthew helped with filling out the paperwork. All in all a good experience. I would recommend Motorpoint.

Absolutely brilliant car buying experience. They gave me a great deal and bent over backwards to accommodate me. Great car amazing staff helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Matthew went above and beyond to get me the very best deal on my old car and new one, he sorted out a test drive and the chance for my one of my kids to try out the seats the following day. I would highly recommend buying a car from here

Mg bought motorpoint dented roof
It took us a full day to get out car we bought after returning twice as it wasn’t ready was very rushed didn’t get to test drive car it was a mg trophy 3 years old was happy with it till came to wash it then noticed a dent in roof which wasn’t visible to the eye or over 6 foot tall which I’m not only 5foot 6. And disabled had it 40 days when noticed this dent after my son washed car for me I rang motorpoint to complain and got no joy said I should have checked it before buying it how could I have seen on top of roof without standing on a stool very dissapointec with motorpoint and I’m now looking to take it further. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy car at Burnley motorpoint has been a terrible experience and quite stressful and still is with on going problem

I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from…
I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Motorpoint on the 25th, of July and I also bought a dashcam from them. At the time of purchase, I was advised that a technician would contact me and install the dashcam within a week after the car was handed over.
However, when I called to arrange the installation, I was given an appointment almost 25 days later. This is very disappointing, especially as I was told the installation would be completed within a week. The service after the handover has not met the expectations that were set during the purchase, and I would appreciate it if this could be resolved much sooner.

No pressure at any time
No pressure at any time in the efficient and friendly process. I said I wanted a mid-size, high seated SUV, petrol, manual gearbox. I picked out 5 potentials which all fitted the bill. We were left alone to look at each at our leisure and chose an unaccompanied test drive of one. The purchasing process was speedy and well explained, looking at various options of warranty etc and collection equally straightforward a few days later. Highly recommend using Motorpoint.
