REALLY POOR GUIDANCE AND NO ANSWER AFTER BOOKING
Realy nice service before booking, on mail, quick answer.
We talked about two drivers wich we were told by Betty would be no problem, but now it is a BIG problem, bacause we need premium insurance which we cant get because the drivers both are under 25 years - Really poor guidance.
we have send 2-3 emails to Betty afterwards with questions, but no reply, again really poor service.
Now we are trying to check in and the things we crossed of when we booked the camper is now suddenly extra options??
And we are not able to cancel without loosing half of our money.
UPDATE:
THANKS FOR ANSVER Shin, but we wrote on mail with Betty several times, and there have never been any weiting about a driver age of 30, and also no information about insurance and minimum age and so on. We asked about two drivers, and told Betty everything about the girls age and were told it woulfd be no problem!
You missed our mails, we wrote several times to Betty without any respons!!

After reviewing the correspondence relating to this booking, we could not locate any communication prior to booking regarding an additional driver or questions relating to age restrictions and insurance eligibility.
We can see that an initial quotation was generated using a driver age of 30, however the completed booking was later submitted using a main driver under 25 years old. The applicable supplier conditions and insurance eligibility are based on the driver details entered at the time of booking. As the booking was completed with a main driver under 25, the premium protection option would not have been available during the booking process.
We can also see that the optional extras selected at the time of booking were the chemical tabs pack and gas bottle. These selections would normally be reflected during the supplier’s online check-in process, while additional optional products or services may also be offered directly by the supplier.
We also noted that the only post-booking email received was an enquiry regarding the vehicle licence plate and environmental zones. Unfortunately, this email was missed, and we sincerely apologise for the lack of response.

Good and efficient service per email. I had an issue for my camping-car related to a broken window. I activated the insurabnce I subscribed at the time of the booking, with Motorhome Republic. The person I contacted per email was very reactive (the link to declare the incident on the Web site was not working). The only surprise is that Motorhome Republic is a broker which subcontracts the camping-car rental to companies like thl in New Zeland. And the insurance I took, is not directly with the rental company, but with a broker. But, it seems to work

(May 1st Update) Motorhome Republic offered a full refund after reviewing my case. Their customer service was kind and helpful and they helped to amend a difficult situation. Thanks Motorhome Republic!

I booked a campervan rental in Ireland through Motorhome Republic and paid in full in advance. When I arrived at the pickup location, I was refused the vehicle because I did not have an International Driving Permit (IDP).
This requirement was not clearly or prominently disclosed during the booking process in a way that would reasonably inform a customer prior to payment. I would not have been able to proceed with the booking had this been made clear upfront.
As a result, the rental service was never provided, despite full payment being taken.
I contacted both Motorhome Republic and the rental provider to request a refund, but my request was denied on the basis that the IDP requirement is included in their terms and conditions. The issue is not whether the requirement exists, but whether it was clearly communicated before purchase.
I have since initiated a credit card dispute due to services not rendered.
I am sharing this experience so other travelers are aware to double-check IDP requirements carefully before booking, as it can result in being denied at pickup even after full payment.

Great customer service
I booked a campervan intended for travel in April from Adelaide to Sydney but, unfortunately, we had to cancel as my mum became terminally ill and we couldn't travel.
I found it very helpful that they had a Singapore telephone contact and the customer service personnel who received my calls for both the booking and cancellation dealt with all my questions in a knowledgeable and professional way. In particular, the experience for the cancellation was smooth and prompt. I really appreciated how Rem made every effort to ensure communication was clear and quick from beginning to end. It was great that, although there was a cancellation fee which I already knew about, there was effort on the part of Motorhome Republic and Mighty Campers to reduce it for us. That was really much appreciated by my family at this difficult time.

I booked a RV through Motorhome Republic.
I booked a RV through Motorhome Republic and the booking service was very easy.
On our trip I had some problems with the RV & due to our circumstance I did contact the retail company at the time.
I let them know when I drop it off, but they just noted it down.
Motorhome republic then contacted to see how my booking went.
From that they followed up all of our concerns & were able to come up with a solution which they weren't responsible for.
I didn't expect anything to come from this but was very impressed by the way they have handled the whole process.
Would highly recommend there services.
