Overpriced, no flexibility.

Our booking was overpriced with no flexibility. Should have booked directly through the campervan service in NZ. Deeply regret using this service. Never again.

Great experience

Had a great experience. Booked the camper for a Dublin > Berlin trip, and had their complete assistance, even in changing dates.

Also, I bought the extra insurance with them (provided by Allianz). I had an issue with the Camper (I crashed while doing reverse) and Allianz paid everything back in full (it took a while, 3 months, but still - I got the money back!)
