Trying to get through to these is…

Trying to get through to these is impossible! No one answers email, calls have constant long waiting times, no one answers online customer messaging. Its ridiculous. Im half way through my term and want to end the contract early due to financial hardship. Vehicle is in storage as I can afford to run it. For goodness sake just get in touch with me. Agreement number 22599260

Awful customer service experiences

Awful customer service experiences, I am acting on behalf of 71 year gentleman now, as he has been treated appallingly, no resolution of a simple policy cancellation after 2 months. Delay tactics and miss deadlines, now reported to the financial ombudsman for resolution, totally unnecessary and unacceptable business techniques

I am happy with the choice of my car…

I am happy with the choice of my car and it came at a reasonable price. The customer representative did extremely well, possessed good customer service relationship. I will recommend this company to my friends and well wishers.
