This has been the most frustrating experience I have had with any company so far, primarily due to repeated deposit issues and very slow customer support.

On 30 December, I made another transfer of 30 AZN, which was also not credited. I submitted the payment receipt showing the date, time, and amount, and additionally provided the full 16-digit bank card number to which the transfer was made so the accounting team could verify it internally. Despite this, the deposit was still declined.

When I followed up, I contacted support at 3 PM and did not receive a response until 12 AM, a delay of approximately 9 hours. The conversation was then closed without resolution, replying to my inquiry. The representative handling the case was named Arzuman, and after their last message, there was no further follow-up.

Since then, response times have consistently taken several hours, making it difficult to resolve ongoing issues. Customer support has been largely unavailable when needed.

Today, I transferred another 30 AZN. After more than one hour, the funds still have not been credited. I contacted support again and have now been waiting over 30 minutes without any response.

Overall, the recurring deposit problems and lack of timely communication have made this experience extremely disappointing.

Despite this:
Support keeps sending the same automated reply: “The transfer was completed”
They refuse to provide any video proof of the transfer
They do not provide a Transaction ID / Reference Number
They refuse to send any official written confirmation stating that the amount was transferred to my phone number
Any real and successful transaction must have a reference number and official proof, which they are completely unable to provide.
This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional, and I believe MostBet is deliberately misleading users and withholding funds.
I am posting this to warn others and will continue to report this issue publicly until my money is returned.
