Great idea and concept but I really couldn’t make the app work for me. Now trying to log in to cancel my subscription but the system keeps having a glitch so I can’t even get into my account. They are working on it.

My experience with Mosso was disappointing overall.

The marketing and presentation suggested a highly personalized and premium styling service, but after using it for only a few minutes, the actual content felt quite basic and significantly less detailed than expected.

The checkout flow was also confusing. During the purchase process, I believed I was continuing with the same subscription selection, but an additional paid product (“The Archetype Effect” guide) was added separately. While customer support later explained this as an optional add-on, I personally did not feel the distinction was made clearly enough during checkout.

To their credit, the support team remained polite and eventually offered a 50% partial refund of the latest payment as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. However, I still believe the pricing and advertising create expectations that the actual service does not fully meet.

I would recommend that future customers carefully review all charges during checkout and keep expectations realistic regarding the level of personalization provided.

Don’t take the Instagram quiz. You have to pay for results after giving your email which I’m pretty sure is illegal

I was expecting to be able to identify pieces to make my wardrobe work. The app was not too friendly and only allowed limited “capsules” of which none was to my liking or style. I did not have a good experience. The app simply did not meet my expectations. I must mention though that the response to my complaint was very professional and prompt. Therefore, I must point out that customer service was very good .

Mosso is not an app. It is only a website.
They don't let you know until you have payed a subsription. I cancelled my subscription when I discovered this and asked for a refund. They don't give one. Stay away!

The app doesn't provide logical results. I have an hourglass shape and am getting recommendations on outfits for billowy fitting clothes. None seemed to define my waist. All inappropriate for an hourglass figure.

Total scam avoid it at any cost. I signed up and cannot cancel anymore. Was in contact with email support but they ghosted me and I still get charged every month...

confirmation of fraud! Only way to get out after consulting the bank is to cancel your card(s). If you are reading this, DO NOT trust this merchant. They never reply to emails as there is no real employees, and every message as the reply to this comment is AI generated (you can see by yourself that the replies are ALWAYS the same automatic originated)

I got an immediate response from customer service and was happy with how they handled my request.

I cannot cancel this charge. When I try to, there is an illustration to confirm i am human. I cannot understand how to complete the test.

I cancelled with you and unsubscribed but you took $79.67 from my account and what did I buy with that money? Nothing. You unsubscribe and cancel but they still take a lot of money from you.

The colors chosen for me were a surprise. Especially the mint green. The styles do suit my taste. Wide leg trousers, sort of an androgynous style

Not worth the 19.00 subscription fee, I want a refund and cancel my subscription

Wasn’t what I expected and that is why I canceled.

I should be able to claim the free trial then create the account. If the account has to be created first, why does the free trial link take me to a screen that says create your account? There is no code to put in for the free trial after creating the account. A free trial should be the first can you sign up for.

It is very specific which will be so helpful going on from here. I love how you work with different pieces of clothing along with the colors that work best with skin type. Thanks so much. This will be very beneficial.

I was so surprised by my season! But I’ve worn some of the colors and have had good reactions. I especially liked the styling tips.

To get to the website was a tug of war. Too early to tell if it’s good for this woman over 50.
