MIRACLE’S DO HAPPEN in 2021-

What my wife and I thought was going to be an impossible task. We were proved wrong, when we put our trust in the team at Mortgage and Equity Release Partnership.
As older people, ours was a complexed situation, but we were put at ease by Richard and Tom from the beginning. If we didn’t understand anything, and needed to talk things through throughout the process, they were there at the end of the phone. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Dealt with Tom on a purchase in 2021 as a first time buyer, it was really easy and he really explained what was going on.

As a first time buyer I wanted a broker who could provide a single point of contact and a personalised service and Mortgage Partnership offered just that. Richard was brilliant in talking through my options based on my affordability and LTV and found me a competitive rate. Tom then helped submit the application and kept me up to date at each stage of the process. Both were always responsive to emails and provided clear answers to my questions. I would absolutely recommend them.

Tom was my advisor and he couldn’t have been more helpful! If I didn’t understand something he made sure he went through it until I did! He was always just a phone call away! And really went the extra mile to make sure things went through smoothly! You can really trust these guys are going to get the job done!

When I first found Richard Wylder as a mortgage broker, I'd had a lot of problems, mostly due to a local authority's computer systems being hacked, and was on the point of losing both my sale and purchase. But Richard came up with a scheme, and although I was wary at first, he went to a huge amount of trouble to help me, and did get me the deal I wanted. He was patient when I kept contacting him to push things along, and nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend his services.

Excellent and professional service. Investment mortgages are tougher nowadays but these folks go the extra mile and then some. Highly recommended.

This company are on the button, explore all avenues, they are thorough, helpful and deliver their promises. They have in my experience been polite and helpful. Getting a mortgage can be stressful but they were charming and I felt I was in good hands throughout I will use them again and certainly recommend them.

We started to think about moving house about a year ago and needed mortgage advice on available options open to us. We had been fortunate enough to have Richard recommended to us when we were planning on our daughter going to university for 5 years and how we would manage financially and pay a large mortgage. We contacted Richard again to talk through potential mortgages and what would be the best option for us. Tom and Richard offer a personalised approach and find a mortgage that fits with your needs/situation rather than you having to having to accept a mortgage to fit with the bank/building society’s agenda.

I separated from my husband 4 years ago and having only a single income, I have struggled with mortgage payments so I was looking for a better deal. Having a relatively low income, I found it almost impossible to change providers and my current provider had not been very helpful in the past. I found the 'unbiased' website who matched me to Richard as someone who could help and I received a call the same evening.
Richard was so helpful (even on a Saturday whilst trying to clean his oven) and took the time to explain my options - none of which I had been made aware of before. After some really helpful advice, I made a call and sorted my mortgage to a much more affordable payment with a view to maybe looking at a 'lifetime mortgage' in a few years. Without the advice that Richard gave, I would have continued to worry and struggle believing that I had no other option.

Richard and Tom are the only people I trust with the biggest investments I will make. My position was very complicated involving houses held in a limited company and buying a heavily leveraged Home. All the paperwork involved was bewildering, not that I did a thing ! Richard was our mortgage broker for our recent home purchase. We can only describe him as a live-saver! In spite of both of us having good paying, very secure jobs (even during the pandemic) and also have substantial savings, we were having trouble setting up a mortgage. Our bank had been stringing us along for two months. In desperation we decided to start again with a mortgage broker. We contacted Richard on a Fri evening, he worked through the weekend making sure he had everything he needed from us and we got a commitment from a new bank literally a week later! Throughout the entire purchase process he was by far the most helpful and responsive person we worked with! It was our first time buying property in the UK so there was a lot we either didn’t know or were not sure about and he was always the most candid, responsive and reliable source of information. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
