Patrick Morrison from Morrison Commercial Pty Ltd (MC) when he was showing me a small warehouse to lease stated that the outgoings would be $4,000.00 PA, which was the approximate industry standard based on annual rent. On leasing the property this increases to over $15,000.00 that MC has put in writing. When querying a outgoing with the rent paid, a locksmith arrived on the 28th January to change the lock without any prior notification.
The following is backed up with MC emails and documents received.
Received insurance invoices for $1,136.92 at the beginning of January 2024 and 2025 with no details on what it was for and when asked, MC stated that it was confidential.
Received multiple invoices with different dates and invoice numbers for the same item.
Would take money from rent already paid, to pay later outgoings.
I the three years of the lease, the garden in front of the property was only maintained once and the building facade has never, yet still had to pay.
Security deposit refunded with money deducted with false billings.
I would signed up for another lease period but based on the above did not and moved out,
