Friendly and checked that we had done other things relating to what we were putting in our wills. We had to change an appointment to sign our wills due to medical reasons and they were very understanding and when contacting them again were able to give us another appointment within a short timescale.

From start to finish the experience was very good everyone made you feel like part of the family

Solicitor failed to file my claim in 2024, didn't find this out until 2025 expecting my case to nearly be complete, I only found this out after I spent weeks trying to call them to which I was told to call back tomorrow repeatedly as the solicitor was never in the office.

Eventually, my apprentice solicitor got in touch and claimed that it would be fast tracked, apologised for the "administrative error" and assured me that it would be dealt as a high priority.

I have since tried making contact with morrish solicitors on a number of occasions, emailed their senior partner with a complaint about the lack of communication and I'm being ghosted by everyone at this firm.

I will be taking this up with the legal ombudsman and if this issue isn't sorted and I lose my award as a result. I'll be filing a claim for professional negligence.

I made an appointment at Morrish solicitors to ask about a divorce. I had my first half hour free which was really helpful. Then I decided to proceed. They were so helpful and understanding. Kept in touch regularly throughout the whole process.

I have tried on a number of occasions to speak to someone regarding my claim for protective award claim against Safestyle uk and i have been promised callbacks which never happened, as i work in customer service i believe that this level of service is not acceptable. all i was trying to do was speak to someone about a letter received at my property.
