Great product but they need more communication on status of order
The product I received was great but the ordering process was misleading. On there Web site stated that products ship within 48 hours. I do understand that in this environment things are delayed but a email stating would have been great. I ordered on Nov 26th and followed up w/email on Dec 6th. There response was the ONLY email I received. I then posted the delay on there facebook(several weeks later) and the items got sent the next day. UMMMM
