Worst shopping online experience

I have ordered one pair of Nike shoes, received the shoes from Duisburg, Germany. The shoes were small so I have contacted the company to return them. They have written to me that they are sorry and can offer me a 25% on my next purchase and that I cannot return them. I have written that I am returning them expecting full refund. They responded that they are doing me a favour and that I can return them and I will receive my money back after they receive them. Even though the package came from Duisburg Germany, I had to return them to Vietnam charging me 49Euro for the return. This has been the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. I received a state inspection. It was done fast. The cost was reasonable. The woman at the counter was courteous and pleasant.

This is the worst experience I’ve had

This is the worst experience I’ve had ? Still ongoing !
I ordered a pair of Nike air max 95’s and they arrived and they were 100% fake snides !
Absolutely horrendous quality , I emailed them to return them ? They did everything to put me off returning them from discounts to offering me to keep them and they would send a complementary pair of trainers of my choice ? I refused and in the end they sent me an address to return them to in Vietnam ? I paid parcel force £30 to do this and they refused the delivery and all email chat stopped ! And I am still trying and hold out little hope of a refund ?
Beware and don’t buy from these scammers !!!!!

Don't even consider this facility!

I rented a unit in Public Storage on W Hwy 74 in Monroe NC and it's a terrible experience. After renting for 2 months, finally getting everything into my unit (I am handicapped) I get an email saying my rent is increasing from $40 monthly to $71!!! $10 would have been a hardship but $31??? The doors needed for access to the facility have been broken since the day I rented. They are locked with yellow tape everywhere indicating the doors are broken and cannot be used. So access can only be done thru a small door on the front of the building which enters on the 2nd floor of the building requiring me to walk the length of the building to elevators to go to the 1st floor where my unit is and with whatever I'm putting in storage making multiple trips, wasting unnecessary time, putting myself in pain due to unnecessary exertion. There are bathrooms but they are locked 24/7 and it's blamed on homeless. If a code is required to access the storage property and again needed to unlock the door to get into the building, how is homeless getting in? The place is not only filthy, but there are only 2 carts available to bring things from my car to my unit - sometimes requiring a half hour or more wait for a cart. This was the worst decision of my life..... don't make the same mistake I did! This place should not be open for business.

I ordered a pair of shoes unknowingly…

I ordered a pair of shoes unknowingly of what I was getting myself into. I ordered them on the 3rd dec I emailed straight away after seeing the reviews for this website I asked how do I go about my refund could they cancel it they said shipment was prepared already so it was to late I didn’t think nothing of it just would send them back when they got here. Fast forward nearly 3 weeks still hadn’t received the shoes so went to track them and it said they cancelled my order so I emailed them yet again saying I’ll just take a refund I didn’t want the shoes anyways they still refused to give me a refund and said they will send another pair which I didn’t want. You won’t get a refund from this company all their shoes are fake crap and cheap for expensive prices online. I wish I could add all the screenshots of the emails back and forth.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Shoes are from China, extremely poor quality, wrong sizes will be sent, and they will only take refunds when YOU PAY to send them to CHINA even though the shoes came from Canada. The shipping to China costs more than the shoes themselves.

Avoid this terrible company.

No refund false advertising

The 100% refund if not satisfied is false. These shoes caused irritation with stitching inside and red and inflamed feet. Just awful quality and still going back and forth for the 100% refund if not satisfied. Be aware and keep an eye on any changes to your feet when wearing the orthopedic shoes. Company may be a scam.

Monroe Sydney boots

Monroe Sydney had a sale of their boots as they were sadly closing down. I purchased what I presumed were leather boots and what turned up were plastic, cheap looking, inferior quality boots that are sizes and sizes too small. Don’t be caught!!!!! Absolute rubbish!

**Buyer Beware**

I originally purchased Monroe QuickStruts 3.5 years ago because they were highly recommended for my 2010 Toyota Corolla. They were recommended from the dealership because I didn't want to invest the money into buying Toyota parts since I wasn't sure how much longer that I would be keeping the car. They don't even last a few months. I push it to try to make them last a year and then do a warranty return because its a supposed lifetime warranty but I've been spending a fortune in labour costs with every install and then front wheel alignments thereafter. All of these labour costs have actually been more over time than had I just bit the bullet and bought the Toyota parts for the car! Well, after 3 consecutive returns, they put a limit on it being my final warranty return. All work done at the dealership, I was advised to contact Monroe Manufacturing in Michigan regarding a possible manufacturing defect, and instead of them offering any sort of empathy, they told me blatantly after reviewing my file, that Canadian Distributors, Retailers and customers have NO business at all using U.S. based products. I was completely shocked and dumbfounded at their response. I still am! Not only did he state it once, but he kept repeating it over and over half a dozen or so times. There's one thing to wipe your hands of a situation but there's another thing altogether to make such an intentional and direct statement such as this. Also, this statement came straight from management! I personally will never purchase products from Monroe again and I'm letting everyone know what you can expect and what Monroe Manufacturing thinks of Canadians! I'm Disgusted!
This came straight from Jake @ gurus at driv dot com (Monroe Manufacturing, Monroe, MI)
