Sadly very poor service. Returned items on 20th March. Royal Mail were slow although I paid for tracked-
then no refund. I contacted them on 16th April. They confirmed items were with them and refund 3-5- working days . It is now 7th May, and they have just refunded me. No apology ! Very poor!
I bought jumper and scarf from them. The scarf wasn't in stock and they didn't deliver it. The jumper has loads twigs in it which poked into your skin and wasn't fit for purpose. I returned it, registered post, and have not received a refund for either. I've contacted Andrew who keeps saying he'll look into this but he never does anything. I'd advise you steer clear of them. If you get any problems you won't get your money back. - This was November last year and in May now. I'm looking at legal options now.
