I have ordered already several times from the website, and every time some coffee packages (~30%) are not sealed properly (i.e. are not vacuum sealed). When contacting the customer service the answer received is that there is no issue with the coffee contained in this sort of packages, which seems arguable since the packages are designed to be air tight in order to preserve the product (so the duration of the conservation is probably shortened). Quite disappointing.

Ho già ordinato diverse volte dal sito Web e ogni volta alcune confezioni di caffè (~ 30%) non sono sigillate correttamente (ovvero non sono sigillate sottovuoto). Quando si contatta il servizio clienti la risposta ricevuta è che non vi è alcun problema con il caffè contenuto in questo tipo di confezioni, il che sembra discutibile poiché le confezioni sono progettate per essere ermetiche e quindi preservare il prodotto (la durata della conservazione è dunque accorciata). Abbastanza deludente.

I had my first cup of Morettino coffee last week whilst on holiday in Sicily. What a revelation! I immediately bought a packet of Blend #84 from the cafe owner. It's just great tasting coffee, not at all bitter. Not the cheapest coffee around but it's worth it.

Morettino is high quality coffee and we appreciate it since many years. It is our favourite! Sometimes packing could be more protecting the high value product - postal transport does not care about and this is a pity for the coffee.

Fantastic coffee! (I am very fussy after having lived in Italy many years). Very easy to ship to Canada - even with all the tax and duties, it is still cheaper than higher quality brands here.
