Used to be a brilliant app but now impossible to work with so many ads the time I watched them all I missed the bus

What a crappy app!!! Nothing is accurate, the live tracking does not work. Rubbish customer service who ignore you and send you to Apple to request a refund when they won’t grant it. Stay away from this app, it is completely useless!!

Moovit is impossible to use now due to idiotic adverts ,I have deleted it for good and use timetables instead.

Absolutely ass! Worst travelling app, they force you to download the app by bombarding you with ads.

Bus route 48 funchal wrongly mapped indicating bus going in opposite direction. No info on rodoeste buses

Just far too many adverts. I don't use it enough to warrant paying for the no ads version but the charge is too much for occasional use. Also it's now constantly telling me my PDF reader is out of date and taking me to a page to download another PDF provider,whereas the one I already have is definitely up to date and works fine with everything else.

I think it’s a great app really helpful to find different routes to get to destinations but there are just so many adds every time you click a button an add. Not worth paying for no adds for the amount I use the app but it really puts me off using it now

An app that has so many ads per minute it is utterly useless. Constantly crashes multiple times per use and has absolute zero accuracy. Well done Moovit for creating the worlds worst app EVER.

This is a terrible app and for the purpose of advertising, not navigation. It is near impossible to uninstall it without residual reloading forever after. The support offered is bot based and very unhelpful. I totally regret using this app and have had to report them to the Information Commissioners Office for violation of GDPRs. They will not delete my personal data from their databases.

The live location is not working. Missed the bus because the app showed the bus to leave in 3 minutes and actually was leaving at that very moment. Absolute garbage and useless app.

Complete and utter garbage. In her article on the rudest countries in the world Lauren managed to insult pretty much every travel destination in the world, including some of the friendliest and most polite cultures anywhere.

I came across this website while planning my next trip to Italy. This site was very confusing and disorganized. I couldn't get anything out of it. I gave up in frustration which is pretty sad cuz I was planning a trip to a place I am already quite familiar with. Do these people even get normal people to test these things and take their feedback?

Completely! wrong information and wrong bus stand. Missed the bus aswell. This app is totally USELESS!! Don’t bother

Utter garbage, should be removed

How can this app be tracking a non existent bus? I waited 20 mins and Moovit showed a bus having passed my location when nothing had appeared.

Used to use Moovit all the time in 21/22 but it’s now utterly useless and frustrating. AI nonsense popping up all the time that can’t be removed. Great shame.

Enticed me in with the promise to show me the requested bus route.
Then bombarded with ads, irrelevent bits timetables, etc, etc.
Uninstalled immediately.

Was still charged even though subscription was cancelled and account was deleted.
