I typed in my address and it brought me to a different place 2 miles away, Google Maps gets it right. i also could not see half the routes because they were covered with ads. horrible app, use transitapp instead.

used to be the best. now it is terrible. ads come on and i cant see what routes to take. think i will delete it.

Beyond ineffective. Schedules are completely wrong the majority of the time.

Common theme but it’s virtually infected with adds that you can not close but stop you actually using the app. I can only use it if I delete the app, reinstall, then I might get one shot at using it before the pop up adds appear again and freeze the app. I screenshot the initial result knowing I won’t be able to get back to it. So far I’ve resisted subscribing

Moovit, the free version, used to be excellent a few years ago, but has now become virtually impossible to use. You can't close the adverts after a few seconds lke you used to be able to do, so if you need information quickly it's useless.

Too many ads to navigate the app. Then it finally says no route available which is totally untrue!

Covered in ads, you have to pay to use any of the features and it's expensive, and it's no more reliable than the very unreliable bus website

Pointless. Can't even find a straight forward bus journey. No options for looking ahead

Used to be good until they added adverts. It can take up to a couple of minutes to get past the advertising. Not a good idea when Moovit is for people needing time sensitive information and possibly vulnerable people trying to get home. I've just uninstalled after watching the time tick along on an inane pinterest ad which is not disapearing while trying to get the time of the next bus. There is no way I would pay for ad-free when the experience is so frustrating. If I could give a zero I would.

I down loaded the app thought it was useful found it was useless. After a couple of days use of the free trail. Cancelled yearly subscription charge they took the money from my account. I asked for a refund they said I needed to go through Google. From then on they have bounced me back and forth between moveit and them selves. Still waiting for refund.

Absolute garbage. I have 25 years of IT experience, and I could not get any useful information out of it. It does manage to bombard you with endless ads, so I guess that's the main thing as far as the developers are concerned. I gave up trying to find a tram timetable that actually works, I'll just rock up to the stop and hope a tram wanders along.

Wow it's an awful app. Literally 5 minutes of ads! Annoying and it does not give accurate information.

Clickbait marketing at it's worst. Vile company, staffed by vile people, making vile decsions.

Do not use it - total rip off - booked a train fare to Venice- QR code does not work- link to download tickets comes back as error and have never received email confirmation, but credit card was charged.
Cannot believe google recommends it.
Stay clear away from it!!

Useless site. Impossible to find any timetables, or correct information. A waste of time.

Terrible app. Totally inaccurate transportation information. AND won't let me cancel the subscription. Have followed all of their info on cancellation and doesn't work. And my repeated emails to them demanding cancellation result in no action. AVOID.

I recently signed up for a seven day trial but for some reason it took £17.99 out of my bank account four year’s subscription which I did not want.
I have tried to contact someone via Instagram and also on Facebook messenger but no one has replied.
I am very unhappy about this.

UPDATE: after contacting Apple as I used Apple Pay I have managed to get a refund but have still had no correspondence or reply from Moovit.

Come on, Moovit, step up, and stop using predatory tactics, like charging me twice at two different times for a subscription I didn't sign up for (Nov 21 for $11.99, and Mar 13 for $7.99). What's wrong with you guys? I reported your fraudulent charges to my Bank.

It's impossible to imagine a more infuriating approach... unless you are the CEO of Temu. public transport app that is Utterly subservient to feeding the user Temu and gambling ads
