Ordering and delivery is expected excellent. Had two scooters now from Moose.com and bought in good condition but is as good as a new product. Only ever had 1 issue and was resolved after sending one email, now my replacement charger is already on its way. Staff are very professional and very polite. Would recommend Moose.com everytime

Moose Scooters - what's not to like.....
Good range of secondhand scooters. A grading system describing the condition and thus reflected in the price. Well packaged and excellent transit liasion including tracking links.
Would highly recommend personally.

The Customer support was amazing
The Customer support was amazing, and it's only been a few day since my purchase so far so good. Scooter was in amazing condition. Packed in oraginal box Runs like a dream, well worth the money. Again only the second day but was very impressed. Thank you moose will definitely be coming back for another as everyone was loving the pure.. for anyone second guessing the pure. Do not waste your time with a xlumi hands down to different worlds. Pure is the best Scooter in its range on the market hands
down. Also definitely worth going for the pro. As hill climbs are a fing of the past :) thank you moose. Keep up them offeradble prices we love you.

To start with the positives, me and my brother ordered two pure air 3 pro electric scooters. They work perfectly fine and we are very chuffed with them. The negatives how ever was the delivery. First they promised it would come on the Friday (we ordered them in wednesday) how ever it didn’t arrive so to compensate they gave us next day delivery for Saturday. This was good at first until only one scooter arrived and the other one didn’t. Then on Sunday and Monday I was worried sick thinking of it got lost in transport. However I have them an email and they confirmed that it will be here on the Tuesday. So all in all the delivery could’ve been much better but other than that I have my two scooters and couldnt be more happy with them 😁
