I’m really unhappy as I didn’t receive my card on time. Royal Mail didn’t deliver it, although I was informed there was an attempted delivery. I was at home all day waiting, so I could receive it, but I still got an email saying otherwise.
Unfortunately, it was my husband’s first Father’s Day, and this situation has really ruined what should have been a special day.
I have had very good experiences with Moonpig and ordered a card and gift for fathers day and it arrived one day earlier than scheduled. My father really liked it.
Paid a ridiculous amount for postage and never arrived on the day that it was meant to
Realised I had to send a card last minute. Made it online at 6pm and it was delivered the next day.
Plenty of cards to choose from, added a few extra stickers and you were able to make up a funny voice
The card isn’t cut or folded properly so there is an overlap.
I thought I had put a message on the gift. So that Dad would know it was from his daughter in NZ. But no message included.
Dad was super happy with the gift. Loved the whiskey label.
Thank you. Will def use again.
I ordered late for Father's Day but the card arrived on time.
Normally good but ordered for father's day because it said it would turnup on time... Nothing turned up on time to feel a massive disappointment/let down, I just feel it is false advertising to get people to still order...
I paid for next day delivery and my parcel has still not been delivered. Very disappointed
Fast and flexible and on time, always come back to Moonpig!
Ordered a Father’s Day card paid extra to be delivered on time and never arrived!!
Paid for next day delivery but didn’t arrive in time.
Disappointing
Fathers day card and hasn't been delivered so now arriving after the event .says more about royal mail than moonpig but only ordered as it said it would arrive on time .royal mail are up there with evri for poor service im sure the card will be lovely if and when it arrives
I paid extra postage to get Father’s Day card delivered today & it didn’t arrive on time.
