I ended up putting the wrong address in so i decided to email moonlight mansion, they responded in less than 24 Hours and instantly changed my address and shipped in only a week. The quality of the jeans is amazing and they fit beautifully.

Never ordering here again. Clothes look nothing like the photos – the fit and cut are completely different. Total disappointment.

I tried to return it and found out I have to pay for international shipping myself, with no return label or help from them. I emailed asking for support and got a generic, copy-paste message that didn’t answer anything. When I replied again – no one even bothered to answer.

They just don’t care once they’ve got your money. Cheap quality, expensive prices, and terrible customer service.

Don’t fall for the aesthetic. Not worth it.

Great quality and surpassed my expectations.

They sent me a damaged/ripped windbreaker which I was excited for. Shipping took so unbelievably long, we’re speaking no less than a 2-3 week wait. I emailed them 4/5 times and they have completely ignored my emails even though they have an automated message saying they will respond soon. That’s both my money and time wasted because of them.
Please save yourself the hassle and find a clothing brand that sells similar things, instead of regretting purchasing here.
