Extremely supportive company
They were very supportive when I had a problem with my order taking way longer than usual (due to the shipping company) and were extremely helpful with giving updates and feedback. While I did not receive my order as it was lost they gave me my order plus some in credit. Thank you MM i appreciate your help.

GUYS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TRUST ME. There customer service is terrible, I spent £18 returning their item for a refund for them to just not pick up the item. The item itself was nothing like the picture and very dodgy company offering luxury prices with shein quality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Regarding the return pickup, sometimes packages must be released by customs before we can collect them. In such cases, we have to wait for official notification from customs, which can unfortunately cause delays beyond our control.
We also want to highlight that we have responded to all your emails promptly within less than 12 hours. Additionally, as stated on our website and return form, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns.
