I cancelled and was billed, Help Center does not respond.
I signed up for a 3 month subscription. I was unable to access any of the reports I paid for and contacted the help center. I received no response, so I cancelled my subscription. Then, a month after my original subscription I was billed $99.99. I immediately contacted the help center, and once again received no response, I requested a refund and have still received nothing.

0 Stars. What a scam of a site and company. You go through a series of offers, sign up for a minimal trial and end up getting recurring monthly charges. Trying to figure out how to log back in and cancel only gives you a headache. You can delete your account, but guess what? You’re still going to be charged!! You have to email a customer service email requesting a cancellation. Only found that out by googling it. It’s not user friendly and they make it difficult for a reason. Do not recommend. Asked for a courtesy refund of service charges as I haven’t logged in at all since trying to cancel the initial trial and they refuse.
