Great customer service even when cancelling
While I very much liked the app I didn't like the eventual pricing so I cancelled it when the discount period was up. Cancelling was very easy and prompt as I was assisted by Nora. Great customer service.

If I could give a minus zero rating, I would. This company is very dishonest.
I signed up for a free trial, forgot to cancel initially because I could not locate where to cancel on the app, so I deleted it thinking that would help . When I saw the charge on my credit card I emailed them to query. I requested a refund as they charged me for an additional month. They said the only way to cancel is to email them. I indicated in the thread that I wanted to do so with immediate effect,this was in Jan 2026. Now I'm reviewing my credit card statement, only to see that I am STILL being charged even after my cancelation request in January ... The email thread clearly indicated my cancellation request and their acknowledgement of the cancelation.
I emailed them multiple times to have the charges reversed and to get feedback. Still waiting.
This app is run by SCAMMERS. VERY VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS.

BEWARE - STAY CLEAR
If there was a negative 5 star rating it would be that. I ordered a specific reading on Moongrade, I never received it so I contacted Moongrade with absolutely NO COMPLIANCE to help out in any way shape or form. And have kept the email as prove that they are unwilling to supply what has been paid for. I would STAY CLEAR from this group as all they want is your money as the email also clearly states that they refuse any refunds, and that signing up for products is at clients risk, which is a huge red flag in itself. Just beware prior to buying from this non cooperative group

If there is 0 i could have given nothing absolutely nothing for this app. First of all i have purchased 7-days trial but changed two times 7-days plan and also lifetime plan which i never chose. There is nothing received infact even after that. Well they havn't responded to my email after several followup. There is no order details on the app. Its rubbish dont fall for this app. They just scammed customers without notifying deducting too much money saying it is life time plan.
