The shipping was fast and packaging amazing. Assembly was straight forward and took me about 2 hours. I had to reference the YouTube assembly a few times when the instructions weren't clear enough. I have enjoyed a few rides and looking forward to many more.

I purchased a trike less than two years ago, battery failed which needed to be replaced . Mooncool offered me a “discount “ for replacement of 279. Purchased battery for 279. Now the charger I have for the faulty battery is not compatible! Very frustrating

The mounting screws for both rear fenders were missing and not attached. This was a birthday gift and I have been going back and forth with Fiona for several days with no confirmation from or tracking for the missing parts.

It's too small and there should better…
It's too small and there should better ways to secure it in the rear basket. The pet carrier fits the basket on the TK PRO very well and is tall enough for two paper grocery bags and secures better.
Otherwise, it is nice and will be somewhat useful.

Everything was as described and came in a timely manner but the rear fenders do not align well dut to the welds and strut placement.

Assembly issues
The break line was not connected after we put the entire bike together is when we realized it. We ended up having to bring it to a bike shop to fix, which was really a huge hassle and additional cost.

I ordered a new seat for my trike
I ordered a new seat for my trike, which was very easy to do online, and it arrived in less than a week. My husband was able to put it on and then we were back on the road. We bought our Trikes in January and started riding them in February. We have ridden them over 500 miles and we just love them!
