I made a top-up purchase for my game. It did not reflect in real-time on my game, so I consulted with them via live chat. Suzy helped resolve my concern in less than a minute. Very fast response and resolution.

did not mention the item is out of stock before purchase, after payment made then only you will know that the item is unavailable, ask support when will item delivered or restock , been told that there isnt any specific timeline, waited for 3 days for nothing

2 months passed still didnt get my refund. Now i am actually considering that the money i spent was not for a purchase. But it was actually a charity fund for these poor beggars who cant refund.

Scam. I bought a weekly diamond pass but they did not deliver it to my account. After 24 hours, I reached out to their support and they “refunded” me through their wallet but I can no longer buy the weekly pass because they increased the price.

My experience with Moogold was incredibly frustrating. First, they took an unreasonable amount of time to ship my order — what should have been instant delivery dragged on for days without any clear communication or updates. To make things worse, their customer support is absolutely trash. They rarely respond, often close the chat window without helping, and refuse refunds or blame technical “glitches” every time something goes wrong.​

When I tried to resolve my order, support was unhelpful, showed no empathy, and left me waiting with zero answers. I spent money expecting a reliable service, but instead they kept my funds locked in their wallet system and refused to return it to my card.​

Overall, Moogold is unreliable and their support team is one of the worst I've encountered. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for fast delivery or decent customer service. Avoid at all costs!
