I love how well organized your website is. It was really easy to choose what I wanted without having to scroll at every item. I had 2 issues with the website. 1- there weren't any way to just look for the sale items and the 3 set items. I had to scroll to find those. That was a little annoying. 2-all the photos have the same colored original eyes, so I couldn't really tell what the contacts would have looked on my color eyes. Granted anyone with light eyes, the colors may stand out more, but with dark brown/black eyes, some of these colored contacts would look fake. I personally want contacts to look somewhat real on my eyes. It was really hard to tell what the actual outcome would be and honestly, I hope I picked well. Either that these 2 issues, I do love the contacts and the multitude of options Moodylense offers.

my lenses took a while to come in, but in the end it was all worth it. i love the color on me and i can’t wait to wear it out!!

Their lenses are amazing. Super comfortable, gorgeous colours, and really high quality. Customer service is honestly top tier: fast replies, very polite, and they solve any issues right away. I’ve had such a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I placed my order on November 11th, and I have not yet received it. Furthermore, I have not received any tracking information or update notifications regarding the order status.

I've been wearing meteor funk for a few years now, and I've gotten lots of compliments about it! Love that moodylenses is efficient with shipping, has environmentally friendly packaging, and I've never had issues with the product.

Why not 5 stars is because I just ordered Breathe+ because I need to wear contacts for a longer period and I haven't tried them yet, but I did find the Breathe+ series to be lacking in variety. Also I only purchase during the sales because it is USD otherwise it can be a little pricey for me.

I do recommend moodylenses to friends, it's just hard to give a full 5 stars because I don't publicly promote you guys and there's other options out there. I know all companies care about 5 stars now and that's all they push for, I hope you actually take the time to read why I give 4 instead of 5. Don't just use these for marketing data/content (I used to be in marketing myself), I'd appreciate you taking the time to read what I wrote. Thanks from Canada :)

I had a superb customer experience with Rei at MoodyLenses! I had made 2 large orders of the wrong prescription, and she was able to walk me through the process of exchanging them for the correct strength. She was very patient, and extremely friendly, explaining everything very clearly so I understood the terms. I love their contacts becaise they have flattering styles that look more natural on an Asian like myself, and highly recommend them. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I recently placed an order with Moodylenses for some lenses. After noticing my order status wasn't updating and shipment wasn't processing, I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp after hours.
I received a prompt reply from a representative named Rei the following morning. I explained my concern, and Rei immediately addressed the situation. They informed me of a system issue and resolved it very quickly without any delay.
In all my experiences with various online stores, I have never encountered a customer service representative who handled an issue so promptly and professionally. Rei’s efficiency and outstanding work ethic are truly impressive. The personalized touch and sincerity they demonstrated ensured me that the issue was fully resolved. This level of service is rare today, especially with the prevalence of AI responses.

You dont get a tracking number to track your order, or at least there was no sign of it.

I had made a huge order on october 10th and been checking weekly to see if the lenses would change status to shipped but after 3 weeks i see nothing. So i decide to write to their customer service, which surprise surprise, takes another whole week for them to write them back and guess what they say?
" your order did ship on the day you ordered it 3 weeks ago but we had some delays and now (3 weeks later which we probably would've never contacted you and pushed it under the rug if you had forgotten to check on it) we need a confirmation from the client to resend it"

I mean duh? You couldn't have resent it 3 weeks ago when you messed it up??? But now you want a confirmation that i want what i paid for THREE WEEKS LATER? Or what? You never refunded it either so were you just gonna pocket the money? Like wow.. it's crazy how ridiculous these scammers get away with probably a lot considering most people probably wouldn't have checked their order status to some shady website.

Dont let the pretty lenses fool you, try a different brand, there are several others.
