The most ridiculous service ever
I had made a huge order on october 10th and been checking weekly to see if the lenses would change status to shipped but after 3 weeks i see nothing. So i decide to write to their customer service, which surprise surprise, takes another whole week for them to write them back and guess what they say?
" your order did ship on the day you ordered it 3 weeks ago but we had some delays and now (3 weeks later which we probably would've never contacted you and pushed it under the rug if you had forgotten to check on it) we need a confirmation from the client to resend it"
I mean duh? You couldn't have resent it 3 weeks ago when you messed it up??? But now you want a confirmation that i want what i paid for THREE WEEKS LATER? Or what? You never refunded it either so were you just gonna pocket the money? Like wow.. it's crazy how ridiculous these scammers get away with probably a lot considering most people probably wouldn't have checked their order status to some shady website.
Dont let the pretty lenses fool you, try a different brand, there are several others.

I have been Moody lenses fan
I have been Moody lenses fan and this was my third or fourth ordering from them. Their lenses are comfortable to wear and I really love it. Unfortunately, this time I had forgot to input my address correctly and the package was undelivered for the first time. Moody Lenses had great customer service and response time. I had an issue and needed my order by Halloween and they made sure after choosing express shipping to ship it the same day and it’s already coming 4 days after I got express shipping. Quick response time and awesome company. Have ordered before and will order again
