Bad service, absolute no response
I've ordered my lenses as i live in the UK london, i have emailed them but no response. This is very poor service as i really was hoping for someone to get in touch. The lenses I've ordered had really nice reviews. Such a shame as my first time experience has been not as expected, now don't know how long I have to wait.

Service
1) I emailed regarding my address and they did not even get back to me for days. Thankfully I sorted it out with the shipping company.
2) I only received 5 pairs when I had ordered 7 which puts me on a spot since I ordered with my friends who trusted me to get them their lenses. Emailed them multiple times and still no response
Only after I gave a review here, they got back to my emails and shipped the remaining 2 lenses. Appreciate the fast response after the review.

Comfort and quality
I have been testing many brands of colour contacts and moody is one of the top. It is the whole package in terms of colour, comfort, great marketing…truly I hate being duped by flashy photoshopped pictures of the models wearing the lenses and most of the times I am. I took a chance on Moody and I’m glad I did.

I used moodylenses in the past because…
March 24/26: I used moodylenses in the past because I trusted them. Found them on Instagram a while back and had felt like they were trustworthy, but as another person also reviews on here, there was an issue with my order, delay of customer service, ignored messages through WhatsApp and email. Took 2 months of messaging only to receive a message telling me to destroy my order by cutting the contact lenses before their ship a new one to me. Does that even sound like good Business practice? They don’t reply to you for 3 weeks and then only reply when you send another complain. They won’t resolve your problem. I had a missing pair of contacts and at this point with their service, I don’t want the lenses anymore, just a refund, They are now ignoring my message. I say stay away from them if you want to avoid getting scammed.
*** March 27 UPDATE***
Moodylense finally agreed to refund me for the missing items. At least someone on the team made it right, but you have to fight for it. Best wishes to you, Moody. Take this as a learning curve to improve in the future.

I received my courier parcel and my lenses i purchased were not in the box. I received a case and tools to use with the lenses. Have have emailed several times but received no answer. I would like my lenses or my money back.

Dont buy, they wont reach out to you if you report a problem
Moody is a pretty good lens company for me, but the way they serve customers is unacceptable. I ordered two products from the company worth $50(got 2 more pairs to try for free), but when I received the goods, there was only one item with those two free pairs. I contacted the brand with BOTH email and Whatsapp, but received no respons :) plus the fact that I had to wait a long time and the items were missing. I'm really disappointed and upset, I won't buy another pair of lenses from this company ever again. Last time!!

i love moodylenses!
The shipping to delivery with moodylenses is always so quick and reliable, and the contacts themselves are by far the most comfortable contacts i've tried :)! I wore my last ordered pair to a concert and I went ~15 hours with them in, and my eyes never got dry or irritated, and I nearly forgot they were even in ! I definitely see moodylenses being my regular for when I want a new pair of contacts

Natural and Wearable: My Moody Lenses Review
Banana Bread – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is the first brown lens I’ve tried from Moody Lenses and I’m very impressed. The color looks natural and realistic, and it suits my features very well. I especially like the light brown glow around the pupil—it adds warmth without looking fake or overly dramatic. It’s subtle but still noticeable, which makes it perfect for everyday wear.
Matcha Green – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
I’ve tried two green lenses from Moody before (Norwegian Wood and Vintage Green), and those are prettier in terms of color. However, Matcha Green looks more natural on me and blends better with my skin tone and facial features. It’s a softer green that doesn’t look too bold, making it easier to wear casually.
