Every time that I have purchased colognes from Mood London, the experience nothing short of amazing. The customer service, shipping speed, and packaging are top notch. And of course their colognes have given me more compliments than any other. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I find customer services really good, helpful and orders are well packaged and dispatched in a timely manner.
I bought my first three oil fragrances from a promotional stall in my local shopping centre, loved them so much have also ordered the spray, but am going to try some of the other products.

Bought a refil white oud spray .love in it and nearly finished so I'm gona go back and get my refil again .good customer service and the name mood is surely given a mood .thank you

Honestly the best!!! The scents and sweets are divine, but what really stood out was the customer service. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Seriously impressed and will definitely be back.

I have been a repeat buyer for a year+ now.
Its easy to manage the repeat orders, I can switch or skip them as I like.
The scents themselves smell divine, and last much longer than other perfume brands. Its unlikely that you wear this scent without getting compliments on it.

Got a sample of Vetiver Orange at the Cardiff St David’s store and it is honestly the longest lasting most deeply scented and sensual smell I have had. I will definitely be buying more when it runs out, this has the best longevity, sillage and projection of any fragrance I have owned.

Bought my diffuser and fragrance oil from stall in Edinburgh, the gentleman that served me was very professional and engaging, not pushy at all. Chatted about the products let me smell the products and was given plenty time to pick what I wanted … in fairness the scents are amazing I would have them all. Have been online and purchased another diffuser and oils as a housewarming gift. Currently using Amber Oud… house smells amazing my all time favourite 😊

I enjoyed my experience with mood London both online and in store. The customer services were very friendly, patient and helpful. When I wanted to repurchase the perfume in store, I couldn't remember the name of the perfume I had bought earlier. The customer service helped to sorted it out in no time and I was able to buy the exact perfume I wanted. Delivery of my perfumes were very fast, delivered within 2 working days; just what I needed. I repurchased the Rhubard and Cognac, pineapple musk and blonde maracuja last month as I enjoyed the ones I bought earlier. The perfumes are so nice, long lasting with good sillage. I will repurchase them again, as they will remain a staple in my perfume collection.

Fantastic buyer’s experience. Very nice and knowledgeable staff and good quality fragrances. I bought the three sprayer box that comes with a nice atomiser and I intend to go back for a full bottle.

After buying lots of other expensive perfume and getting fed up of them not lasting I tried mood after getting a sample - really pleased the smell is beautiful and stays on ! Highly recommend

Was a bit sceptic at first with there being that many fake fragrance companies telling you there fragrances are just like the real thing and the smell lasts all day . I have personally tried these companies and was very disappointed. I came across mood while out shopping so thought ide stop and smell the fragrances wow wow wow these are amazing smells I was still a little sceptical ordering so went with the small tester bottle . Bottle arrived In a package that went with the fragrance stunning and very expensive looking I have now became a subscriber and have also bought other fragrances to well worth it thank you mood

To be honest Mood London is a very lovely fragrance company and with lovely staff. I love going there to buy my staff due to the customer care. My favourite oil Turkish Rose and Blonde Maracuje ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I first smelled white oud while at a flooring outlet. One of the guys that worked there was wearing it.
Didn't have the nerve to ask him what fragrance he was wearing at the time but it drove me crazy not knowing!
So I messaged him via the company.
It was White Oud by Mood!
Just had to buy some and I'm obsessed with it.
It smells incredible and I must be addicted as I can't get enough of the enchanting smell!

Mood London is one of the best fragrance brands in the world, it’s a unique signature and well distinguished . On a class of its own !!! Definitely a 6 Star !!

I got the juniper zest, it’s simply beautiful-lasts 12hr+ 3 sprays is plenty for indoors- very versatile, my favourite signature scent as it’s so unique

I have bought two mood perfumes White Oudh and Amber Oudh and both the perfumes smell divine.
